When Billy found out he was pregnant, he wasn't mad. His first two weeks as a woman hardly made the consequences a surprise. He had been wondering why his period hadn't come for over a month now and had suspected that his body had decided to skip it all together instead of deal with the stress of hormone imbalance. Even though he knew pregnancy was a possibility, he never thought it would be this soon.

He sat in front of his computer screen at work, waiting for his girlfriend to call him back. Jade was the one who impregnated him using his old body. The two had swapped bodies as a bet nearly two weeks ago, and neither of them realized just how hard it would be acting as each other. Their lives weren’t too different since they both worked in the accounting field, but their foreign hormones made it difficult to stay away from each other. They were both physically attracted to one another, so sex was basically impossible to avoid.

Now that he was pregnant, complications were coming up. He didn't know what he was going to tell his parents, and he knew Jade's dad was going to murder him. He was actually more worried for Jade since she was the one in his male body. Nobody knew about the fact that they were acting as each other, and they were going to keep it that way. As much as he despised his new gender, he knew that they both wanted to keep the child. They made a mistake together, and now they were going to live with the consequences.

Billy wouldn't find out the bad news until they told the scientists about their little accident. Unfortunately, six months in meant they wouldn't be able to swap back. It turned out that pregnancies affected the female brain. The process could take up to two years, but the fact that Billy was pregnant meant that the original transfer was going to have complications. The chances of one of them dying had gone up, and they were both about to find out that their little mistake had even bigger consequences.
