LOVE that there is exactly ONE non-white person in this episode, and he's portrayed as a dumbass meth cooker who shrooms at work. Oh, wait, there was also the hot babysitter. My bad. I genuinely could not tell if Greg was being sarcastic about how "great" this episode was... I really got thrown for a loop 🤣. A lot of the episodes of this season I find reeeaaalllly boring or just lazy crappy writing(eps 3, 5, 7, 13, and I think those are mostly eps that RR enjoyed which again made me question if Greg was being sarcastic about liking this ep). Also, Sam's fear of clowns has been well established, mentioned a few times throughout the series including a whole episode in Season 2 where parents are being killed by clowns and then this episode Dean was written as if he completely forgot? I don't buy it. I also find Dean to really be written like a douche in this season and this is another one of those episodes. He reminds me of my douchey brother who would like, pretend he has no idea that you have a problem with something while rubbing your face in the thing he knows you hate (Dean also does this extensively in the psychic Sunny Dale episode after killing Amy Pond). And the actor who plays the manager is great! Her name is Jennifer Spence and I absolutely LOVE her in the Canadian TV show Travelers. Highly recommend 🤘Another member of their cast was also seen in the UFO/Fairies episode from S6 "Clap Your Hands If You Believe" as one of the interviewed women and another of the main cast shows up as a vampire in S9 "Alex Annie Alexis Ann." Love them all

I don't know what the verdict for this is yet. The sarcasm seems to indicate no bueno lol As a MotW episode, I kinda like this one tbh 😅😅 I thought it was fun and ridiculous haha it probably doesn't help that it's part of a season that is ALL over the place and really has you waiting for the main plot to kick in.

Yay a day early! Boo, it’s one of my absolute least favorite episodes. :( Agree 1000% with your episode review. If I had to watch those clowns one more time I might have had to shoot my tv. The only good thing about the episode is that Dean got his rainbow slinky. That slinky stays in Baby’s trunk throughout the series. FYI, it is extremely rare that an SPN episode will rate under 8 on IMDb. Still, I am surprised this one got as high as an 8.3. You are really now seeing why season 7 is often the least favorite season. A couple more episodes before we get to some good things again, but the rest of the season is still a bit uneven, though it’s certainly better than what you just watched. There are a few episodes I am excited to see, but yeah I just want to get to season 8 when we start the Jeremy Carver showrunner through season 11. I am one of those that puts his era second to that of Kripke’s original 5 seasons. My view is common, though of course not all agree. Sorry to tell you one of the two writers for this episode is the final showrunner for seasons 12-15. He mostly does better than this episode, though occasional creative issues remain. Still worth the watch, because some of it is really good. BTW, yes we first learned that Sam is afraid of clowns in 2x02 Everybody Loves a Clown.

LMFAO... season 7 is such a weird SPN season. I'm glad season 8 righted a lot of the issues, at least for me it did.

So my birthday is on the 30th of this month and I wanted to know what was y’all’s favorite birthday memory that you have?🥳💛

Sorry wrong post lol😂

This isn’t the best episode but I enjoy it. It was established in 2x2 “Everybody Loves a Clown” that Sam is afraid of clowns. However, neither episode really explains his fear but a phobia is an irrational fear. Also, a small criticism, It does make me uncomfortable that you didn’t have enough sexual jokes. I think you need to work on that 😜

Season 7 is the weirdest SPN season for me because it feels like the writers didn't know what they wanted to do with the show and they made season 7 into a satire on America. It works well in The Boys; not so much in SPN.

I liked the fore play before the reaction. Keep it coming. 😉

First, the comment about making sex jokes, I totally love your comments when you joke about it, I think you are saying things that other people are thinking too, maybe not everyone but a lot. Now this episode is meant to be funny, and I love that Sam is scared of clowns cause I totally relate, however the episode felt like it was written during a drug trip, lol. Oh and fun fact the breaking bad references are cool cause Kim Manners who was a director of a lot of the beginning of the series episodes, he passed away and the writer of Breaking Bad was a friend of his and he used Kim Manners as inspiration when creating it!
