Good stuff. I use Instagram, Facebook, and blogging for my practice, and that's mainly how I'm getting referrals. You are right about being consistent, and one tip I have for SM is to schedule your posts ahead of time. At the beginning of every month I schedule out my posts through a third-party site (onlypult) and I don't have to think about it except to reply to comments. It takes about 3-4 hours, but it's so much better. If I waited until I was internally motivated I would never post. Man, can I start a Psychology in Philadelphia? And in the logo use a can of cheez wiz instead of the space needle? Lol but seriously my next thing is starting a podcast, it's just hard to get over the inital self-doubt of posting it.
