Hello! ⭐(ෆ˙ᵕ˙ෆ)♡

I've always loved customizing my belongings, no surface too precious to be covered in stickers, photos, or drawings. It's almost instinctual once I spot a surface to then rush to the task of decorating it til I see fit. I think most things are improved with the addition of fun artwork and the digital space is no exception. I've been learning about the possibilities for customization when it comes to technology and the options have me rubbing my hands together with excitement like a tiny lil fly. 

I thought it'd be fun to make my own icon pack to test things out and I'm delighted with the results! I went with a celestial theme (because of course) to have the comfort of a familiar subject while trying out something new. I was surprised to learn that making icons comes with its own challenges: making art that is readable at a small size, brainstorming a variety of imagery to fit with a theme (I had originally made 12 designs, but 2 of them just didn't end up working out).

The effort is well worth it though, because I derive no small amount of joy from seeing this on my desktop:

I'm really glad I tried something new, because now I see that the possibilities for customization are practically endless. Hatsune Miku icon pack, City Girl icon pack...the mind wheels are turning.
