Looking back on December feels bittersweet, because the end of year always puts me in a reflecting mood. I thought seriously about how my progress had evolved over 2018 and how I wanted to change moving forward. I think the truth is that I’ll never be fully satisfied with what I make and that practice is all about getting closer to what I see in my head. Any of you feel this way, too? It used to get me down like what’s the point of trying then? But now I see it positively because in that way it’s just a constant journey filled with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. ^^ I also think it’s a testament to the idea that you can change yourself at any time and you don’t need to wait for anyone’s permission. Never thought art would end up teaching me life lessons. xD 

Thank you so much for your support in December and for letting me do this as a job! I’m so grateful I get to make art and share it with you for a living, it still feels like a dream sometimes. Connecting with you makes me want to improve and it’s my hope that I can show up for you as you’ve shown up for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I love you all so much! ;W;<333
