HELLO LOVES! (ﾉ´ヮ´)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧

How are you? How’s your 2019 going so far? I’ve taken advantage of this new year to add new habits to my life like going to the Y for exercise! Since so much of my job involves sitting in front of a computer I want to make sure I prioritize my body and health this year. ^u^ I’m also tackling my cleaning routine this year! Over time I’ve realized just how important a clean environment affects my mental health so I’m making it a point to clean and tidy up on a daily basis! What are some habits you’d like to explore this year? :3c

I’m very excited to share this month’s rewards! I had a lot of fun experimenting with new techniques and styles. I also think drawing every day has helped build my confidence toward messing up and made me more willing to try new things I’d normally shy away from. Both of this month’s pieces were done using Procreate (my favorite brush is Gesinski Ink under inking!), which is wild to me. It’s not as “polished” as what I make in SAI but I actually like it that way. I remember fumbling my way around Procreate and drawing on the iPad a few months ago, worried I wouldn’t be able to feel comfortable with a new medium and having wasted money. But fast forward to now and I’ve made entire artworks with it and can’t imagine my life without it.

This month’s sticker! Wanted to try my hand at making a tarot-inspired piece. I'm really falling in love with purples and blues these days. *u*
