The part about the EU economy is at best misleading. Sanctions and Russia cutting off natural gas deliveries have had a significant effect on the EU economy, but there is much more to the story. The real drag on the economy has been the ECB raising interest rates due to its hawkish stance on inflation. Energy prices spiked in August, but have been falling since then thanks to an unusually warm December and cheaper long term contracts for oil and gas being secured with deals with UAE, Azerbaijan, Algeria, Israel and Egypt. So, gas prices in the EU are now actually at pre-Feb 24 rates. Oil is also trading about where it was a year ago.

I grew up in Glasgow, in Scotland, where we have distinct singular and plural of the second person pronoun: you and yous, which sounds like youz. It's very useful. Here in the USA that just raises eyebrows but it turns out we have a plural too, y'all. But now Liz and especially Brace are trying to dis anyone who uses it, claiming it is evidence of something defective in their psychology, unacceptably gauche. Oh, well. That's me told.
