March Dormitory Diary Entry - Ura Takazumi (Patreon)

Hello,

Ura here, grappling with a severe case of allergies.

This is my dormitory diary entry for March.

The allergy season hits hard every year, leaving me with a runny nose, incessant sneezing, and itchy eyes.

I envy those who are free from the grasp of pollen. A visit to the ENT for some meds is definitely in order...

Hard to believe, but next month, I'll be entering my third year as an animator. We're expecting new recruits, and the word is they're all incredibly skilled. It's intimidating but exciting, and I look forward to connecting with them.

It seems we also have new residents in the dorm, and I'm eager to meet them.

Reflecting on the year just passed, it felt richer in content than my first year. My work pace improved, allowing me to tackle more challenging cuts and participate in a variety of projects, all thanks to our production team. Being more involved in theatrical productions was a highlight for me.

I've also managed to forge stronger bonds with my colleagues than in the first year, likely thanks to our collective drive to excel.

Looking ahead to my third year... it seems our company's projects will be ramping up, which is honestly a bit daunting.

But I'm adopting a "crisis as an opportunity" mindset and am ready to give it my all!

こんにちは。

最近花粉症が辛すぎる浦です。

3月の寮生日記です。

毎年この時期は本当に辛いです。

鼻水、くしゃみ、目の痒みに悩まされています。

花粉症でない人が本当に羨ましいです。早く耳鼻科に行って薬をもらって来ねば...。

早いもので来月からアニメーター3年目です。新入社員の方も入ってきます。今年はみんな絵が上手いとのウワサを聞いているので、怖いですが楽しみでもあります。仲良くしていきたいです。

このアニメーター寮にも新しく寮生の方々が来られたようで、会えることを楽しみにしています。

今年度は1年目に比べて、内容の濃い1年だったと思います。動画スピードが上がったことで、難易度の高い内容のカットを沢山できたし、制作の方のおかげで色々な作品に参加することができました。劇場の作品に多く関われたことが嬉しかったです。

あとは同期の人とも1年目よりかなり仲良くなれました。切磋琢磨できたお陰かなぁと思います。　

3年目は...自社の作品が忙しくなりそうで正直怖いです。まだなんともいえないですが。

でも、ピンチはチャンスの精神で頑張りたいです。
