This was meant to be a maintenance release before the next major update but it took a bit longer than expected since we instead made major changes on some fundamental systems. 

We got rid of the old VR input module from Vive and moved on to the new Unity XR plugin system and its own UI interaction package. This should allow us to better support multiple platforms and hopefully even unknown VR controllers. On the Oculus side, it works perfectly but the OpenVR plugin is still in preview and we only tested running SteamVR on a WMR headset. In theory, Vive & Valve Index should work too but since we don't have those hardware to confirm we'll have to leave it to you guys to report any issue that you find. 

Also, UI layout is changed, there is now a slim audio controller bar at the bottom with a few buttons that perform frequent tasks like load model change different song etc. The idea is to make the UI less obstructive and allow quick action without requiring too many clicks.

In addition to the above, the HDRP build will have a new skin shader and a hair shader for even higher fidelity rendering. The skin shader has "subsurface scattering" feature to simulate light penetrating flesh and glowing up the dark side.  The hair shader has "anisotropy" that reflects light differently in different directions. 

And we further improved the IK system to make it more accurate and work better with dynamic motions.
