New Ambience: Witch Mountain (Patreon)

Greetings Patrons,

I started working on this track a couple of months ago and shelved it for some reason. Cut to a few weeks later and I was browsing through my work-in-progress folder and found a track called 'ostinato_idea_1a_march20'. Yeah, cryptic. So I opened it and thought, well maybe..

As I worked through the various parts I got this image in my head of a magical ceremony on top of a mountain. Not necessarily evil mind you, maybe these witches are the protagonists in the story? That's up to you of course. I eventually decided to call it Witch Mountain.

It's certainly a driving action oriented track so feel free to ignore everything I've just said and use it as an action set-piece, a battle track, an intro track to a magical castle - well, you know, you're all very creative.

As an experiment, I gave this track a listen without percussion and thought it might be a nice option to include here. It takes the energy level down a notch or two but still maintains its essence. This might be a good choice for a slightly more subdued scene.
