We both have the same feels towards YG 😂Hyun Suk is actually one of YG’s favorite that is why he really pushed Hyun Suk until the last eps. (your patience will be tested more, I hope you’re okay with that 🤣 lol) YG knows that the company has always been the target of the kmedia and he needs to be harsh and act cold towards the trainees to make them tough and mentally strong (they even provide counseling for the trainees which is kinda cool) because the industry is gonna be harsher and colder than him as soon as they debut. PS: CAN’T WAIT FOR EPISODE 3!!!

Any Chrissy reaction is a guaranteed smile, your facial expressions always send me 😂 Never stop being you! Also I figured you might start recognizing some of the other trainees like Seunghun! Not gonna lie it’s kind of fun to see who you recognize! Also I’m with some of the other commenters. YG is pretty harsh, but he does it for a reason. Like idol training is just as much about mental fortitude as it is about skills. They have to be able to take the harsh without cracking and come back even stronger. That’s why he chose Hyunsuk as the leader of Treasure and Jihoon(you’ll see his struggles a bit in future episodes) as the leader of Magnum when the plan was still for two subunits that came together as Treasure13. It sucks to watch, which is probably why SM NEVER shows any of their training. For how unmovable their artists are in response to the shit that gets thrown at them, you know they’ve got intense training in every aspect. It’s heartbreaking to watch 😭 and sucks even more for the ones that we know don’t make it.

And Keita was the one at the front of the Japanese line performance that you mentioned! I really like him and glad he’s gonna be debuting soon. They didn’t edit him so well in this show 😬 so beware. It’s not completely evil editing but not great. I think it mostly comes from the language barrier since he struggles with Korean. Like they cut together some of his interviews in certain parts that make him seem like he doesn’t have the best personality or is arrogant or some shit. Yeah, editing can STOP making drama where there isn’t any 🙄 Like what they did to Ju Haknyeon on Produce and K on I-land 🤬

Yedam has a lot of self-produced songs from his soundcloud which was deleted already, and his songs are legit bops. The lyrics, HIS VOICE?!?!?!?! and just his producing skills really amazes me. Damn i really love Jeongwoo’s voice👏 He is really my ultimate bias until now. His voice is really something, it resonates not sure if thats the correct term. His talent plus great personality👏

whatever you feel about YHS - you got to remember you are reacting in hindsight. And the translations are not correct - missing context and nuance when Korean is translated to English. This was filming in June 2018. the crap with Seungri is pretty shitty - either way its ends with either a douschey asshole who did some horrendous things or an innocent dude whose career was ruined. And the BI crap also added to the YGE name fucked up so much for Treasure's debut and everything planned for 2019 - not to mention BI/Ikon split.

Hi Chrissy! Okay, I’mma rip the bandaid off because I love your energy and relate to you loving the boys, so before moving on just wanted to write: So just wanted to let you know that Seungri was cleared from the Mocha Chats that had the s*x tapes as well as no evidence in him partaking in prostitution rings. Tabloids and media used his face to gain clicks and attention on the matter despite no relation. There have been analyses by korean lawyers as well as translated police and court statements. Let me know if you would like to read otherwise. But, yeah, I will leave that at that and go on to a brighter side. For me, for Hyunsuk’s rapping gestures, that’s just plain YHS preference rather than objective criticism for this episode. Same with Yedam’s Blackswan. Fun fact: Yedam’s fans call themselves Blackswans as a tribute to his song and cause YHS said it wasn’t “trendy”. If people wonder why YG artists have this fun, party vibe but can be super intimidating and competitive, it’s these evaluations under YHS; no doubt. Love seeing their badass vibes in contrast to their flooffiness. Apart from that, love Junkyu’s journey with his confidence and self-esteem. You will see him more open and relaxed. If trainees show they continue to improve under pressure against their fears and insecurities, they are usually rewarded so love that for them. Anyways, thank you again!
