Uh oh. Did Rain give him a man's boost and that will affect the requirements he has for his class? Or do you think because of the area, since its not physical dmg and Val will get 100% kill participation, it won't affect the requirements?

For some reason is chapter felt really short. My guess is that rain is going to increase his class level due to helping Val and Val will probably get his class. Val is technically only guessing that killing a blue will get him the class and it actually might be something else that does it. So if the class requirement is to kill a blue then I think he is going to get his class. It is too sad to see him try so hard for this class but after this still not get it.

It is actually shorter. It's the same page count with one page or a little bit more that has one\two word or one short sentence paragraphs.

@SenescentSoul can you please encode a title into the epub chapters? Something like “Delve - chapter 43”. It is getting hard to keep track of all chapters. Also consider releasing collections with all chapters. Finally cover image would also be nice. I’m asking since I have all of the chapters available for re-reads. Thanks for the great story!

It is very interesting to see how Val sees his interface. Can't wait to see his class if Rain didn't fuck it up for him (It shouldn't but who knows). Maybe Sun Mage or something like that. Thanks for the chapter ! Not thanks for the cliff ^^

Hm, either it gets him the class or it doesn't. The problem is if Val doesn't get the Class. Even if "soloing a Blue" isn't the actual requirement, he won't be able to tell, so he's definitely going to blame Rain.

The way Val's System works is interesting, especially if he gets valuable information from his particular setup. I wonder if Rain will be able to unlock hints and tips...

Going to be a bit honest here and say this wasn't my favorite chapter. It's overly dramatic, with last minute saves, runes of truthiness, heroic figures, and so on. It's not bad, but it feels like a genre shift compared to what I'm used to from this story, almost like it had a different author.
