[STANDALONE VERSION] Miscarriages & Pregnancy Loss - as an INDEPENDENT mod (Patreon)

This is a Standalone version of the Miscarriage features included in Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul. It is the same except without the tie-in to other RPO modules, obviously, because it is a stand-alone. I recommend getting the Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul mod instead, because then you can decide at will to have more features than just miscarriages.

Note that you CAN remove almost all features of Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul and customize it to just the features you want - but some people still requested a completely 100% stand-alone version of this miscarriage addOn, so here it is.

COMPATIBILITY:

Since this is an extracted copy of the miscarriage addOn from Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul, and uses the same code, this lone version is incompatible with the normal modular version. Don't have both my modular  Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul mod and this! If you want ONLY miscarriages and not any of the other functions that you can opt in to with the usual version of Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul (adoption overhaul, cheating module, pregnancy preferences and reactions, temporary separations, etc etc etc), then grab the standalone mod here. If you are going to want any other part of Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul in addition to miscarriages, do NOT grab this, but find Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul's latest version on my index page. 

There are no other incompatibilities.


This is a stand-alone version of the same features included in Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul.

Summary of Features

• Chances of miscarriage (statistical and event-triggered) or ectopic pregnancies.
• Sims who can be pregnant each have a certain risk of issues during pregnancy. (Reduce it to 0 and they will be immune to miscarriages.)
• If a miscarriage happens, a Sim will remember it for some days and for the next pregnancy. They will also have an urn to represent the child, can name it and mourn, and integrate them to the family tree.

One difference: in this adapted version, the menus for this mod will appear under 'actions' as 'pregnancy loss', once a Sim has gotten pregnant once in their life. This is what it looks like, it's in different places than in the original version.
