Hey everyone we wanted to react to this video that we skipped we are sorry about that. Watching this video makes episode 1 so much better and make way more sense! We appreciate  all of you for letting us know that we missed this one. I hope you all  enjoy this video with us ! I cannot wait to get to more and more bon voyage episodes this is gonna be an amazing journey!

I’ll tell you why I want to watch you guys. I’m older than you guys, and BTS burst into my life when I thought my favorites were set. I pretty much figured the bands I liked in high school were pretty much gonna be the bands of my life. Especially after majoring in music performance and being trained to listen to music critically. Then came this group of man-children and their team that was teaching them so much. I was hooked. Now, I am on the spectrum (asperger’s) and I’m high functioning, but my brain still has that autistic framework to it. When I find something I like, my whole world kind of reshapes itself around that thing. I could easily watch the same movie or listen to the same song for a year twenty four seven and still never tire of it. As a child and teen this was curtailed by my parent, and now I’m older, I realize the difference in my way and everyone else’s. And so I do get embarrassed about my habits every now and then, and have learned ways to curtail them or modify them to be a bit less - out there. This is where you guys come in 🥰. I don’t want to tell people every day at work when they ask that I sat alone and watched the same music videos or the same programs on loop last night that I did all week. But at the same time doing just that makes me happy and calm. So I watch the same music video with reactors, and it’s much more like watching a video with friends. I followed you guys here because I have connected with you guys through your stories and through your own troubles and worries that you have shared with us and through your tendency to binge watch (obviously I feel you there). You feel like good peoples to me, and you make me smile. And I kind of envy you the ability to do what you are doing. Things like facial expressions don’t always come out of me the way I intend them to, so I would not be able to be a reactor. Even if I can’t do it, I still appreciate it, though. So you make me being me a bit less embarrassing. And it’s much easier to love yourself when you’re not just very slightly ashamed of you. Truthfully, I typed this whole thing out and now I’m waffling on whether to put this here, or message you or just delete the whole thing because I’m just not sure about it. Probably more than you ever wanted to know, but whatever. You guys enjoying the same thing as me makes my life a bit better, so thanks.

When Jimin said “it might not be fun to go on a trip with Yoongi”, he meant that it he would go on the trip thinking “will this be fun?” and then eventually have a good time with him. Jimin said the opposite with Namjoon lol. He said “you would go in a trip with Namjoon thinking it would be fun, but.....” lol By the time this interview was filmed, BTS has been to so many different countries for concerts and work-related events, but Yoongi and Jimin said they don’t consider that “traveling” or a vacation. It’s sad that they weren’t able to go out, have fun and explore the world when they were less known. It’s much harder now because of social media and fans following/noticing them everywhere. Watching Bon Voyage and Run BTS really made me appreciate Big Hit and Naver V Live staff. They really gave them an opportunity of a lifetime. They create memories for them that would seem impossible for superstars to experience. These trips are so well thought out because they don’t have to be worried about being bombarded and they plan fun activities that they would never try in real life. BTS also is very thankful for these shows and after each BV seasons’ final interviews, they always mention how they can’t wait for next year’s trip.

I swear you two are the cutest couple and the reason why i like to watch you guys, be on this bts journey with you, is because you guys are so sincere. I told my sister about your channel and shes subscribed now too...i really got caught up in not just hyping up your channel but you two😁 my sister was like wOahwoah okay. That's funny whenever you were talking about their apartments...I was the same way!! lol...fyi, in the span of all the Run and Bon Voyage episodes, they've probably filmed 3 or 4 times in their apartment - and each time, it's a different apartment because they have moved at least that many times to a bigger place! I still love that they live with together - Taehyung says that they would be lonely if they lived apart, and Jimin told Jin that BTS will never break up and live together for 20 more years lol!!!

Funny that Josh said something about what’s in their fridge because there actually is a korean show where they literally take a fridge from a celebrity’s home and professional chefs have to compete and make dishes out of whatever is in the fridge, aaand Jin and Jimin were guests in an episode!! The show is called “Please take care of my refrigerator” they are in episode 153 if you want to watch it. The show is also on Netflix :)

I only remember 1 episode of Run that takes place in their apartment, maybe there is more x) they did move quite a few times. There is one Bangtan Bomb where you can see their apartment : 1st BTS birtday party (Jin chef of BTS), there is no caption on the Bangtan bomb official channel so you'll have to watch it on Bangtan Subs channel.

Im so excited!!! These bon voyage reactions make me so happy. It's like I'm experiencing it all over again ♡♡♡ Also the reason why we love supporting you guys and watching your reactions is because you two are so genuine!! I only truly follow a very limited amount of bts reactors cuz sometimes you can tell when ppl are just using the boys for views, but with you two I can tell y'all truly love bts just as much as the rest of us ♡♡♡ thank you so much for working hard and putting out these reactions despite having a family to take care or and jobs to go to. We really appreciate everything y'all do!! 💜🤧😭

I'm glad you watched this. Like I said it's cute and just gives a little more insight to them. Hobi and Joonie are very close even though we didn't see it much back then. They're 'same year friends' both being born in 94'. It's the same with Jimin and Tae, they're 95' liners and we call them soulmates. Jimin and Tae just have this epic close friendship that could make anyone cry when you see how they are together. Hobi and Namjoon are the same in some aspects, Hobi has lived with Joon and Suga for longer than the others. They weren't BTS back then but they were trainees hoping to form a hip hop group. Yoongi is a good leader too, all of Hyung line really do take the lead on some things. And as you watch Bon Voyage and more run and burn the stage you will see that the older guys step in and will take charge. They mostly do it to help RM as much as possible. Hoseok really steps in to help Joon a lot, but Yoongi and Jin do it too. I think these shows showing us these other sides of the members was the best idea. Plus our boys have so much fun and I'm still so appreciative of Bighit and Vlive/Naver for setting this us. I'm sure it become more difficult in the future to do Bon Voyages though. At some point there won't be a place they can go where barely anyone knows them so they can walk around freely with only the camera and audio crew. I can't wait for you to watch more. I had to work late last night so I couldn't watch this till this morning lol. I

I’m not sure how many times I’ve watched all the seasons of BV? Maybe more than 5 because I got my old roommate into BTS and I joined her into marathoning the eps and then when I moved, I got my new roommate into BTS again and repeated the process! 😂 But honestly, I could REALLY see and feel your excitement over this and the future episodes and it’s just such a good feeling because I feel like I’m watching the episodes all over again for the first time! You guys are so lovely and genuine and that’s why we love you watching you guys! 💜

During trainee days v and jimin went to the same class and after class they had to go to practice at Big Hit for the debut and go back to the dorm so literally they were 24/7 together. Also wanted to mention, dont know if it is really true tho, but i read somewhere that classmates used to laugh at jimin's accent (he's from Busan) and V was the one who protected him. That is why they are so close

Jimin and V are the soulmates to each other , they even said that they will stay together until being grandpas~haha 🐥🐯 I do like 94’s friendship! It was like more mature . I remembered that the moments I felt so moved from hobi said about Namjoon is “ we are 99% intimacy plus 1% subtle.”and “ nobody can be 💯 but I want to be a friend who can covered the weaknesses for Namjoon “🥺 Even they are same age , hobi really respect namjoon for being leader from BTS . I think maybe that’s why hobi felt 1% subtle kkkkkkk 🐿️🐻🎵love them so much 💜

The Bon Voyage series is one of my absolute favourite content from the boys and I'm enjoying getting to experience it again with you guys :) I thought you might be interested to know that the word friend in Korean, "chingoo", is only used among people of the same age. So basically Koreans only call someone their "chingoo" if they are the same age. This has to do with the way Korean has different levels of formal and informal language that is used between people of different ages and seniority. Usually Koreans of the same age naturally feel more comfortable with each because they can both use casual or informal language with each other. So when Hobi said he wants to go with a friend, that's what he meant, that he wants to go with the person who is the same age as him! It doesn't mean that he doesn't consider the other boys his friends (of course we already know how much they love each other!), it's just that he wouldn't use the words "friend" to describe their relationship. Anyways that's the end of my Ted Talk! lol I'm really looking forward to all the content you'll be reacting to here!

yes! also when jungkook said "I also want to hug with friends like that..." seeing some people hugging each others in ep.1, it means he wanna hug and hang out with peers. actually it's kinda sad words cuz he didn't have any close peers b/c he started trainee at very young age being isolated from same age group who was still in school. member hyungs were everything in his social relationship. fortunately, members are aware of it very well, so as soon as they heard jungkook's saying, they said (playfully on purpose) "you wanna hug with friends like that? shall hyungs do a hug with you?" and "what about hyung(me)?" and hugged him to make him better. honestly it's so heartwarming and my favorite scene in ep.1 :(

One of the reasons I love the Bon Voyage series is that BigHit gave them the opportunity to travel as close to a normal twenty year old as possible. Things as simple as checking in at an airport, which is something someone had always done for them. The first time I had to do it, I was by myself and 17 and I was terrified I would mess it up. It's nice to see them experience these things, as many celebrities end up losing touch with the general public. I think BigHit has done a pretty good job letting BTS grow into well-rounded people, rather than stifling their growth and creativity.

Bon Voyage actually helped them cement their friendships and for members who were not so close to each other to become closer. It also taught them self reliance which they would have learned if they had been home with their families

I joined you guys much later than a lot of my fellow Patreon-ers. I started going through Run a few months ago, but then the pandemic hit and I had a sixth and seventh grader I had to coach through school. For us here in Nevada, school is finally over! So I can start hanging out with you guys again, yay! I'd like to apologize in advance for the numerous stalker comments that will be left now that I am back and watching with you guys. I hope you and your beautiful family are doing well during this time! I have missed you guys so much!

What's ironic is Jimin in 2016 stated that he would not want to go anywhere with JK because he would be leading JK and he wants to do an adventure. And then we flash forward to 2017, a year later, and Jimin goes with JK only to the Tokyo trip (a trip planned by JK himself as a gift for Jimin). It's just hilarious how JK might have matured over 1 year.

That’s also funny bc jungkook is always the one who has to do everything with them bc jimin is scared to work with strangers. He kinda tends to stick to older members and follow them and not do stuff on his own. Jungkook is massively independent and even on bon voyage when they were together just the two of them… jk was the one leading them everywhere. It’s why rm made jimin to get his bag on his own when he left it on the bus… he said Tae and jungkook could do it no problem… but that jimin isn’t like them and not independent enough to do stuff on his own… so he challenged him. That was bon voyage season 1 so a long time ago… and jk was already like that . Like jimin begging jk to go to Japan… and feels like jk is more of a hyung to him then the other way around lol jimin is still pretty dependent on everyone else… on the soop season 2 was more of the same… like he can’t be on his own and do things… it’s interesting bc I didn’t expect him to be so shy with strangers
