Here's the second GrimLewd poll winner. Nui the banished fey:

Two glowy haired ladies in a row. Looks like you guys have a preference!

Nui's in a bit of a hole right now, but I am sure that with your guidance she can find her way out. Or deeper in. We'll see!

Click here if you want to learn more about the fey, but here's a TL;DR: the fey can't be corrupted BUT in exchange their experience of emotions and sensations is muted. Also they have a hard time passing up a challenge or a game of chance.

This week you will not only vote on the specifics of Nui's first sex scene BUT also broadly on which path her character will take from now on. Later votes [if nui ever wins again] will steer her in different directions, but there's no going back!

Paths:

A) Path of the Monster Lover

Unwanted by her people and by humanity Nui turns to the... less human residents of the lower realms. She finds that she really enjoys being fucked by various monstrous humanoids.

Nui becomes more wild and impulsive. She prefers staying out of the cities and travels through the wild, dark and corrupted parts of the lower realms. Her innate Fey resistance allows her to avoid corruption. 

She is set on a path to earning some sort of [monster fucker] secret class.

B) Path of the Entertainer

Forget fighting and danger! Nui has an entertainer's spirit! She can find fulfillment in following her passions for the arts. She forgoes combat and becomes an entertainer.

Unfortunately the denizens of the lower realms don't always appreciate the arts so sometimes she'll have to make money in other ways... Eventually she develops some sort of a [sex worker] secret class.

She uses sex and performance to make herself feel something.

C)Path of the Adventurer

Nui finds danger to be the one of the few things to make her feel something. She develops her [Arcane archer] class more and becomes a traveling bow for hire.

She becomes a dangerous person and makes dangerous friends. She meets many powerful and corrupted individuals with intense appetites

She uses danger and sex to make herself feel something.

I'm pretty sure regular prostitues don't get a path at all. If she gets a path it's because she would be a Super Hooker.

She would gain a secret class as a result of being a sex worker, not that the secret class is "sex worker".

In previous posts about the setting, he talked about how there are secret classes in the Path, ones that the Gods didn't intend to be there.

Yeah, but I thought that common jobs would be the non-secret classes, like blacksmith, farmer, etc. Wouldn’t sex worker be a common thing. Most people like sex and most are born with the basic equipment for it built in.

I see Nui is well on her way to earn the [Monster Fucker] permit. It does seem there's always an option that's the 'obvious' choice and the multiple choice does exacerbate it a little I think. Considering the inevitable I wonder what sort of abilities that class would convey. Better knowledge of erogenous zones? Increased stretchiness? Eventually the ability to easily control fertility when dealing with monstrous races? Or being able to smell like one and getting by easier. All in all it seems like she is not going to normalize in the slightest! GrimLewd really took off.

There does appear to be some prudishness built into the standard system, and sexual hedonism built into the corrupted system, and that's probably a plot point.

I kinda really hate that. Why should sex be bad? I feel like the setting would be better without the concern for ‘prudishness’. Sex shouldn’t be a corrupt thing.

[Frisky Widow] is a corrupt class. I don't think that it's not common or that people see sex as a bad thing. It's that the Gods seem to have had certain ideas about ordering society when they created the Path. Corrupt classes seem to be ones that defy social conventions or order, [Cannibal] for instance. As previous posts have described, the world has long since changed from the intended path with all chaos and corruption going on, so the Gods have stepped away. I am sure there is all sorts of attitudes about sex in the setting.

[Monster Paramour], [Monster Trollop], or [Monster Tamer]. Of course, she would learn a lot of lore about monsters. She would likely gain flexibility and stamina. She could develop enchanting abilities similar to a dryad, but with monsters instead of forest creatures. So, monsters are normally non-hostile towards her or automatically view her as friend. She could communicate with monsters empathically. She could also develop a loyal harem of monster sex friends. She's got friends in low places.
