Great work! Can't wait to see the full Nataloid out. Two requests: (1) Zip the individual files on both Sync and Google Drive to make it easier to download This is quite standard among many other Patreon I'm following. (2) Add pictures for each model. I doubt most people will know which model is named which.

Hey Leo. We always zip the releases. However, the Nautiloid is still wip and pieces are being added so zipping an incomplete release is not something we would like to do. For the second part of your suggestion, we strive to keep file count as small as possible on the clouds, anyone needing the rendera can always find those on the open post that is accesible to everyone. Brand new here Ill admit this month drew me in . they are printing well thanks for the supports. I am going to be trying the ship on the FDM just one question do i only have to print one of each piece? If not ill figure it out

for me its the 2nd month but I have to say that I am really impressed right now! 2nd time the topic was outstanding. Also the supports are on a whole different level then what I have seen so far. This is exactly what I was hoping to find, with you it feels worth to support you monthly! Hopefully we get some more of these despair demons, like a full set of them you know... thats what I rly looking for humanoid demons of seduction are far more demonic then those brutes that you find each and everywhere. What would you more likely sumon? demons of lust, greed or torture (for your enemys) or some gigantic monster stomping everything to death... >:D like I said I love your style keep going!

Really had a chance to dig into the Nautiloid files tonight and WOW! This is so above and beyond. Hats off! Now is there any chance there is an assembly guide lol? I know, I hate to be like "that was amazing but I demand more" but this will be an interesting print. Challenge accepted though it may take me into January to get it all printed mostly FDM and assembled. This is great set overall but that ship is next -> next level. Oh and next months set is looking sweet! I didn't know I needed goat men warriors, a Buffalo Monk, and a Krampus/Santa with goblin/elves on insanely creepy jackalopes but now I sure as heck know that I do.

If you do not have an email this is the trouble shooting guide: First and foremost check your email for "redeem" emails from MyMiniFactory. Chuck Parks in Pennsylvania - I am printing the Nautiloid at 100% on my CR10S printer at 0.12 layer height and I have to say this thing is going to be huge and awesome! I have deck 1 printed and assembled and I am working in the side fines now. I can't wait to finish this. Keep up the good work and looking forward to next month. Also, I have the Circus set, trying to figure out which to start with once I'm done with the ship.

Greetings and thank you! we are uploading the file, meanwhile you can use the Lys file to export stl from Lychee since the presupported Lys file is not missing.

I love your sculpts but I need to get a few things off my chest. Your 28mm figures are too small. They are tiny next to all of my other miniatures. I had to resize them all so they would match the rest of my miniatures. Which means I had to support them myself. Also your bigger miniatures are not hollowed, which means I had the choice of using an entire bottle of resin to print 2 or three figures or hollowing them and supporting them myself. Long story short, your pre supports were completely useless to me. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem.

Sorry to hear that you are displeased. However, we cannot cater to each specific scale everyone is playing with, it is unrealistic in terms of time since there are more than 3500 members and only 30 days in a month. We model for the standard 32mm scale which means 32mm from feet to eyes on a standing pose. If you need something custom in terms of scale, you will need to produce it yourself at this moment. About hollowing, a lot of users dont want hollow models and some want them hollow. When you edit a model in Lychee you can hollow it and add the supports needed (which are very very few) on the inside part of the model which leaves all of the other supports intact and that work takes several hours to pull off so that is time saved off the end user. If you find all this troublesome and it all makes you unhappy, maybe our Patreon and our products are not a great fit for you which is totally understandable. All valid points. I also give you credit for your quick response. Thanks for the tip about supporting hollowed models, that will definitely help me out in the future. I do feel you are being somewhat dismissive about the size of your models. If you scroll up in the comments you will see other patrons with the same complaint. As for your final paragraph. Ok... I guess I wont be a customer next month. I own a business myself, I would never suggest to a customer that they shouldn't use my services. Kind of customer service 101. Thanks again for all the great models

We understand that not hollowing some models can be an issue for some but there are also a lot of advocates for the opposite. Converting a hollow model to a solid one creates more problems in the mesh integrity than the hollowing process that one can carry out with minimal tweaks in the presupported LYS files. What we are trying to say is that we always spend time thinking and considering what patrons need and how they can get it efficiently, ofcourse 3500 patrons agreeing to one thing/format/ style is something that has quite a slim chance of happening. Lastly, we feel the need to clarify that we did not suggest that you should not use our services, we purely aknowledge the fact that not everyone may find our product fitting for his/her intended use and that is perfectly normal, supporting us or not is and will be entirely up to you. It's understandable that you are unable to transfer the loyalty streak. My point is about my "alleged" relationship with my partner who I did provide specific account information for. In addition, we were splitting the costs between accounts. In addition, we were told we needed both accounts registered under the same account name to get the "Children of the Night", which wasn't true. In addition, that cost us access to the 3-month membership reward. I'm not complaining about not being able to get everything - my complaint is with the lack of empathy from customer service.

Both accounts registered under the same account name was what was needed to get the "Children of the Night" release, unless you are talking about something else that we are not catching on to here. Both us and Mini Monster Mayhem gave out "Children of the Night" to Patreon accounts who were subscribed on both pages during October and on that grounds we fulfilled the reward. This is not lack of empathy, this is us explaining that file purchase is considered personal and cannot include several accounts of people, whatever the relationship between those people is. Be aware that what you are doing by sharing files is actually against our terms of service that you agreed upon. This excerpt in the "About" section of our page before you sign up and it practically says that sharing files between any and all parties is prohibited: Terms and Conditions -By subscribing to any tier and/or downloading content published by Archvillain Games, you accept this Agreement and agree to be bound by its provisions. If you do not accept or agree with these terms, do not subscribe nor download the content we provide. -You may not Resell, re-distribute, or share our digital resources as-is or where the resource can be extracted, nor use portions of our files to create new ones. Even if one would ignore the terms of service, what you requested is technically not possible since we do not control the back end of MyMiniFactory or their operations, there is a set system of sending assets to your account and what you described is not within the system's capabilities. We went through all of this in detail in our private message exchange.
