[Preview] Upcoming 0.7.2 Features (Patreon)

Update 0.7.2, which releases next weekend, will make it so that the Purah Pad and Recall are randomized as well! This means that from 0.7.2 on, the Purah Pad, Ultrahand, Fuse, Ascend and Recall are randomized within themselves. (Note: Softlocks have been taken into consideration, no worries).

Furthermore, upon completing and checking all of your goals in Goal Mode, a menu will appear from now on where you can decide to go directly to Ganondorf and/or completing the game (which adds the star icon to the current save file).

The last change above could be seen as a quality of life feature, but the real quality of life addition is the removal of all "How to" instruction windows (using Purah Pad, switching weapons, etc.) - they will no longer display/being treated as if you've seen them already just like all items on the ground!

On another note, the randomized drops have been massively reworked. Overpowered items such as strong enemy horns and dragon parts now have a lower chance to drop and TOTK-essential items like Zonaite, Crystallized and Zonai Charges now have a higher chance to drop! Even a lucky chest has been added that can drop.

Starting Goal Mode will be easier from 0.7.2 and you will be directly taken to the Ganondorf cutscene when deciding to skip the Demon King's Army and the Temple bosses instead of having to run over there.

One annoying thing was that you would get randomly teleported away when trying to complete Temples - this will no longer be the case so you can focus on completing those!

There will also be new goals such as having to obtain the Camera, Earthwake Manual, Vow of Riju, Solemn Vow of Sidon, etc.
