Plugin that allows adding overlay textures (tattoos) to character's face, body and clothes in games made by Illusion.

What's new?

v5.2.1

  • Don't shown a warning if alpha mask texture is smaller size than default (it doesn't cause issues)
  • Fixed "Removing Top overlays" warning appearing for no reason in maker

v5.2

  • Added support for HoneySelect2
  • Added type of exported textures to file names
  • Minor improvements and fixes

 How to install

  1. Download the latest releases for your game. Warning: You only need the version specific for your game (check the prefix, for example KK = for Koikatsu). Downloading version for the wrong game or multiple versions will break things!
  2. Install the latest version of BepInEx 5 and modding API.
  3. Extract the archives into your game directory. The .dll files should end up inside BepInEx\plugins.

Wow, you guys sure are adding these mods fast! Keep up the great work!

There are some guides here https://github.com/ManlyMarco/Illusion-Overlay-Mods/tree/master/Guide They are for KK but most of them apply to AI and HS2. The Resources are almost all only for KK/EC so you'll have to get the AI/HS2 versions from your game.

Check log for why overlay mod failed to load, you probably need to update something it depends on. Post your output_log in #help channel on the discord server if you can't figure it out.

Thank you for the wonderful mod! Can the Skin Overlays feature be used in the hs2 studio?

You can't apply Skin Overlays in the studio, right? Thank you for your reply

kaneki69

which folder do you put the xml file for the koikatsu overlay mod?

Whoa, this is old I guess. But I was hoping to understand the workflow for adding an iris Overlay. Is there something special you must do to the eye, some special shader that is needed to get an image to appear over the regular eye?
