The start made it seem like this death battle match, but it was just their exams. But them going over the World History stuff did involve me having to try and look up World History for that bit of translation 😂 I knew you'd have so much fun with the translations that Kasamatsu got more male fans after domesticating Kise. I checked it over and over to make sure I was translating it properly 🤣 Kise being able to rile up Kasamatsu even by text is so great, right? Hayakawa's way of speaking is why this translation took the longest to translate 😅 But yes Hayakawa is like Koganei's energy with Mitobe's lack of easy communication. Barbie AU KasaKi made me laugh so hard. It would fit them so well! I loved the conversation between Kasamatsu, Kobori, and Moriyama, and the attention to detail that playing guitar could have a detrimental effect on playing basketball. Nakamura's internal thoughts on interacting with Kise is hilarious. He really does make it out as if talking to him is this big deal. True introvert meets extrovert. So spirit photography is basically like a horror image where a "ghost" appears within the picture. Typically similar to jump scares. You going uh-oh over the notebook had me smiling. Knew your reaction to Kasamatsu's thoughts of his teammates as captain. Just so sweet. Kasamatsu can come off a bit of a tsundere, so being able to learn his true thoughts about his teammates is great. I love getting this glimpse of Kasamatsu's way of captaining. Honestly it's bad enough trying to understand Hayakawa at normal times, nevermind when he's being emotional, so sadly I did have to give up a couple of little bits that I had no hope of translating for him 😂 There's definitely a different feeling for the camaraderie within Kaijou in comparison to some of the other teams. I love the way Kasamatsu acts like he wasn't going to invite Kise. It does feel like they're making fun of Hayakawa's way of speaking, so I love the way Kasamatsu plays the mature captain and sorts out Hayakawa's order, before basically chiding the others for their previous behaviour. This moment (alongside the notes he made about his teammates skills and improvements) definitely makes me think that Kasamatsu would be a really great coach. This one isn't one of my favourites (and not just because parts were frustrating to translate) but it is still a cute little audio drama. I'm glad you liked me being "yeah, no, not a single notion what he's *trying* to say". Made me want the audio dramas to come with a little lyric booklet like the songs did. Would have been much easier to translate if I could check what the written line was and translate that alongside the audio.

Oh wow – having to do World History for the translation!? That’s crazy!! And yessss, Kasamatsu getting male fans!! 😀 And Kasamatsu being riled up via text?! Ridiculous but I love it! They’re such a great duo! But YES, they’d so be Barbie and Ken!!! Kasamatsu is KENOUGH! And him acting as if he wasn’t going to invite Kise is just…you want to shove them both haha! I do love that Kasamatsu is a tsundere but it’s so cute! Hayakawa – I didn’t realize how insanely fast-paced he can get with his speech; it is like the light novel, where he scared the girls away – bless him! And bless you for TRYING to translate whatever he was saying; that was hilarious! The idea of guitar influencing basketball is really cool, right? I love how Kise is SO intimidating to Nakamura – it’s interesting, since he’s usually seen as easy to get along with – I honestly would LOVE to see Kasamatsu as a coach in the future!
