These chapters finish off Volume 8 and MAN, Yoneda Kou LOVES to torture us, doesn't she?! It's so obvious these two men love each other, but Yashiro's inability to be honest (with himself and Doumeki) and Doumeki's misunderstanding and mysteriousness has me so torn up these chapters!  

This BL gives you an inch and then rips the rest away and we have to wait until MARCH now for the next chapter?! TORTUROUS, y'all. PURE. TORTURE!

RIGHT?! Yashiro can be SO frustrating because he just needs to communicate with Doumeki and we all know he's not going to do it. I want to slap him. I agree with your comment wholeheartedly that Doumeki is literally going to have to drive him against the wall (maybe in more ways than one) before he's going to do anything. That's a good point about Kageyama and Yashiro being able to love him from afar without consequence! I hope you're right about Doumeki and his "plan" to break Yashiro open (so many innuendos in this comment hahahaha)! I agree, it's going to be TORTURE, but we're all masochists at this point, RIGHT?! I totally agree, Yashiro with his hair down is amazing and Doumeki in all black. *deep breaths* Kou knows how to reel us in! Thank you for the comment!

It would be too out of character for Yashiro to admit to anything until something really, really, REALLY major happens. Like, one of them is going to have to almost die or something. Yashiro reverts to what he's comfortable with when things get too weird for him with Doumeki. He knows that being used or treated like trash doesn't require any thinking or feeling, there are no expectations or hopes or betrayals. He's so confused and in denial. On the one hand, it's painful to watch but on the other hand...I like seeing the signs of panic in him. Doumeki is going to have to push and pull and tease and deny and drive Yashiro completely to the wall before he finally breaks. I'd say there is/was one other person who loved Yashiro without trying to use or abuse him but Kageyama didn't *fall in love* with Yashiro, which made him a safe place for Yashiro to focus his love. Kageyama was so clueless that Yashiro could just love him from afar and be satisfied and not pressured. But then Kuga came along and Kageyama fell for him really fast. Poor Yashiro, the masochist who played matchmaker... I think Doumeki is playing the long game with Yashiro - I think. Purposefully presenting this strange new version of himself while also taking care to bring up the past, over and over again. If he understands Yashiro better than Yaashiro knows himself, then he's had four years to work out a plan for breaking Yashiro open so he can finally heal and accept everything Doumeki wants to give him. It's not going to be easy on either of them - or us, damn it. But they sure look fine while they torture us, don't they? Doumeki all in black (and those freaking gloves!) pinning Yashiro down, Yashiro wandering around his apartment naked with his hair down...UGH! So. Damned. Hot!
