**KISSABLE HEADPHONE WARNINGS**  

Well, there's ONE scene in anime I won't have to watch ever again, haha! But in all seriousness, the female characters in this show are proving themselves complicated, fascinating, and hilarious -- especially in regards to Power, Makima, and Himeno -- who are all centered around our poor boy, Denji, who does NOT know any better.   

This episode went where I didn't think it would, could, and is still probably my favorite so far of the season...and we're only halfway in. Denji definitely needs an adult, but not Himeno or Makima. Oof, there's a LOT to talk about in this episode and a LOT going on beneath the surface...

It seems to me that there is a lot of world building left to do. Questions I have include: Where do the devils come from? It seems that in many of those that we've seen, they seem to just spawn. Even the Fox just appeared at Aki's call, and just its head at that. Is there another realm or parallel universe of something that is the "home" of the devils, and that there is some kind of rift between the worlds?? Ruminations and mind wandering here.

That is a REALLY good question! The world building is very intriguing to me, too -- did the devils start as physical manifestations of fears? Do they have their own plane of existence? Do they pop from abstraction? Yes, so many things to ruminate on and we're just starting to open the doors, I feel. Thanks for the comment! I'm curious where Fujimoto leads us!

I think Gun devil is a global, or at least a national target. Makima said that division4 is an experimental team. Maybe division 123 is a real team with super veterans like Himeno's master. And poor denzi :(
