**INSANELY ANIMATED HEADPHONE WARNINGS**  

Just when I thought the fights, animation, and emotion of this series couldn't get better...and we're only in the first season! The Rule of Eight STANDS TRUE! This episode was sooooo good!  

Lots of subversions with the brotherly shonen tropes, lots of action, Reigen coming in to quench our thirst, and Mob and Teru TEAMING UP!? To rescue kidnapped Ritsu?! What is this series?!

I’m slowly catching up with all the content that you have currently! You are watching far too many awesome things and with the Fall anime season being as stacked as it is .. I don’t envy you. How on earth do you juggle all of this?? I really do love Ritsu’s half truth in his scene. Ritsu is both afraid of his brother and still loves and adores him. Just like Mob said to him “Ritsu… I can tell. That’s a lie. But I guess it’s true … I’m your brother, Ritsu. Hey Ritsu … Half of that is true, right?” And can we blame Ritsu for being afraid of him? It’s like being in a home and someone in you immediate family has a tendency to lash out (for reason that is no fault of their own) and you have to be on ‘alert’ around them. At this point in the series if an audience watcher is not totally ALL IN with this show than there is something wrong with them. I JEST .. kinda 😄 we can all agree that Bones has no right going soo hard on their animation?! Particularly for me the sequence of Mob getting brutally beaten up. This is really studio bones’ pride and joy and can I just say with season 3 airing right now, that quality has NEVER diminished. I knew I chose my favourites well! Also how dare you not immediately love and adore the idea of Terumob! I JEST … kinda. 😄 This shit is so goddamn wholesome! Maybe it’s just the rivals to friends trope that I eat up every single time but really the idea of them is just too damn cute. Side note but you made a comment about how Teru was animated and you seemed uncomfortable with it. I just rewatched that scene and I don’t really understand what made you think that. For me Teru is always drawn with this kinda ‘diva cockiness’ and that’s all it seemed to me. They do these ‘body with face out of frame shots’ for different characters all the time. And I can honestly say that the middle school characters are never ‘sexualised’. And I haven’t heard this in the fandom either. Just curious I guess if it was just in the moment thing for you? Also please keep up the Reigen Thirst updates! 😁 My husbando deserve it!!

2022-10-17 08:16:35 Hahahaha, honestly, I haven't had much time for side projects with the new shows, but I'm really enjoying them, so -- I'm glad I'm a teacher so I have some techniques for time management at the ready. ^^ Ritsu's anxieties make sense, it's just so sad because...it's Mob! Haha, and the outbursts he's had have (in large part) not involved him being conscious, but that definitely is scary! But yeah, BONES really has gone all in on this show and I love the studio for it! I cannot WAIT to see the quality throughout these next seasons as well! But yeah, just wait, y'all are getting me on the TeruMob bandwagon HARD. :) It's coming...hahaha, but yes, it really is adorable in the upcoming episodes! And yes, that whole thing about Teru being drawn oddly was me in the moment reacting -- after re-watching, I honestly wish I hadn't mentioned it, because it was more of a "me" thing than anything. -_- But thank you so much for the kind words and comment! And oooh, the Reigen Thirst updates MUST be kept up! He definitely deserves it! <3
