**CURSED HEADPHONE WARNINGS**

This movie was SO WORTH THE WAIT! I can sing praises to Mappa for the animation, the cameos of familiar faces, my shipping heart being quelled by Gojo x Geto, but the real star was FINALLY getting to meet the 2nd year (as a first year): YUUTA.

Coming off my reaction to End of Evangelion, this movie comes at a PERFECT time, as there's quite a lot of NGE comparisons, but Yuuta is definitely his own character and I LOVED him in this movie! SO much to gush about, but can we all agree....

...we need Season 2 ASAP!

I watched this movie in the theatres in March when it came out in my country. Such a good movie, I am a manga reader, and it met my expectations. Animation is just wow 😍 I Can't wait for JJk S2! edit - 3:14:11 I see a cutie 😍

You can see a lot of Shinji influence in Yuta’s character, even down to his voice actress.

That is so awesome you got to see it in theaters! If they ever did a special re-release I would definitely go check it out!! The animation was GORGEOUS! I'm so excited for Season 2 and ahahahaha, yessss, Huckleberry made a cameo! <3

ahhh i'm a die hard satosugu shipper and a lot of people, including myself think that gojo said something along the lines of "i love you" to geto in his final moments because tying back to gojo's theory of "love being the most twisted curse of all" and how after, geto was like "at least curse me at the end" idk i think about this a lot lol and think it was very intentional in the writing. i really do believe gojo said he loved geto in some way at the end even after all the horrible things he's done. MY HEART IS IN PIECES

realistically I think he said "I'm sorry", "I'll miss you" or something that goes with the fact he didn't really want to hurt/kill him... (I'm a satosugu shipper too haha) I mean, those phrases literally would still show his love, for his one and only, "best friend"

When asked about that muted scene when Gojo tell Geto ‘something ‘, Gege said, it was mentioned in the film itself, so a lot of people and myself think that he said: ‘ you’re my best fruend, my one and only’ As he told Yuta the same thing when walking beside him 🥰

This movie definitely got me on board with the Geto x Gojo ship! And I think it would be fitting for his final words to be along the lines of love to tie in with that phrase! Ugh, I have a feeling the more we get with this ship, the more it's going to break my heart! <3 Thank you for the comment!!

I think in the fanbook/character guide, Gege mentions that Yuuta had a specialized white uniform because they're given to "problem children" and it makes them easy to spot from afar which I thought was really funny because Yuuta is a problem child but Sukuna's vessel, Itadori isn't!! I really enjoyed your reaction and I too wish I had gotten to see the movie in theaters 😔 I'm also anime only and finally getting to watch this movie made me excited for whenever season 2 airs!
