Bonus Resource: From Armor to Ease podcast (Patreon)

A brand new podcast got my attention (and I'm talking brand new. Host Chichi Agorom just started a month ago, and already has 5 episodes out.) From Armor to Ease covers "concepts like intimacy, power, parenting, and politics." 

The very first episode with a guest is on Relationship Anarchy, which impresses me. So many podcasts won't touch that topic, much less center it in the first interview. On that episode, activist @thecollectress discusses trauma-informed conflict resolution, and how RA takes away her shame when naming what she needs. 

I haven't been able to listen to all 5 episodes yet, but I appreciate the premise and felt calmed by the RA episode. Maybe the words of Chichi and her guests will resonate with you, too!
