It wasn't easy and I still think it could be better...
I present to you the works of three months: Michael's house from gta v. All rooms are present and even two that the developers seem to have cut out during the development process. I turned one of them into a workshop, the second is located on the second floor and it is empty, you can place some of your models there.
I tried to transfer the exterior of the house as accurately as possible. Various dirt and overlays on the building ate a huge amount of my time and nerves, I'm not talking about the time spent on creating a slope in front of the house.
Behind the house there is a full swimming pool and tennis court. For the sfm version, I had to remove all the sun loungers and chairs by the pool, but you can arrange them yourself (the models are in the sunstuff folder).
Unfortunately, I did not have enough strength to build a minimal set of environments from various houses in the city, I left you a large spacious 3D skybox to install other models. The area of the map itself is cut off by a square. You can find the skybox right below the map.
Source Filmmaker users: don't forget to copy-and-replace the files in the _sfm_fixes folder or you'll end up with broken pool water. The fountain effect can be found in de_inferno_gmod.pcf
Garry's Mod users: Use the "Reflect world only" water setting, I have no idea why, but with the addition of water, the fps dropped significantly, I turned off the "rich" water, but it did not help at all. Turn on normal lighting, enter the command r_radiosity 4 into the console.
