If You guys are wondering the place where Ashoka is where she sees anakin is called the World between worlds, this means she was pulled in the world between worlds so she’s not dreaming or anything like that she’s actually there, the World between Worlds is a place where you can see anything that happened in the past or anything that is happening in the present and the future, for example if she wanted to she could look through a portal and see the battle on mustafar or Luke vs Vader, It was shown in Rebels when Ezra went in the world between worlds and saved Ashoka from Vader by pulling her in the world between worlds

Ahsoka is probably using one lightsaber because its better for one on one fights with other lightsaber users while using both is probably better for fighting droids, mercenaries, or multiple targets in general. Her fighting style, stance, and the way her and Baylan fought this episode, a lot of it looked like kendo.

Darth Nihilus and pretty much every extreme use of the force other than the bullshit Palpatine did in Episode 9 has been removed from canon. They don't want the force to grant ridiculous powers like Starkiller has or anything, they want it kept to the depiction in the Lucas films. Think of the limitations that were placed on Yoda in the first 3 films, he's strong, but he doesnt do anything like bring a giant ship down to the planet from orbit. They don't want the force to be like, anime or superhero level power scaling, they want it to be much more rarely used and scaled back than that. Also, force flight would look ridiculous 😅

They're talking about Legends feats, which they've made a point of saying aren't canon anymore. Basically anything to do with the Old Republic or Sith Empire isnt canon, though they may bring elements of it back later. The things that say, Luke Skywalker can do, in Legends, are insane. Its not comparable to how Vader chucked rocks at Obi-Wan in his show. We're talking bringing a star destroyer down from orbit, emitting a force shockwave that disintegrates every person in a room, force life draining an entire planet, that sort of thing. They dont want it to be so comic-booky and distinctly like a video game or anime, they want the force to be a martial art that requires intense dedication and is more unseen. Like I said, I can't defend anything that happens in Rise of Skywalker, because that movie is indefensible. You can account all the crazy shit that happens to the writers literally just thinking that would be cool if it happened. But the people who had control of that movie dont have control of Star Wars now. The force is meant to be immensely powerful, but more in a mystical way, and not just superhero powers.

Lupa it would take around 45 minutes to travel from Earth to Jupiter at the speed of light or 4 hours to Neptune. Light speed is fast, but even in our Solar system the distances are massive, let alone traveling inside our galaxy, now imagine traveling from our galaxy to another galaxy, even with light speed it would take tens of thousands of years. Fiction is fiction :)

Those whales from last episode are basically living hyperdrives. At the end of Rebels Ezra summoned a bunch of them, they all grabbed onto Thrawn’s ship with the two of them still in it and then jumped away to another galaxy.

Well I’m not sayin that they should watch it to understand this better, rather because both of these shows are good adaptations of major events the Star Wars timeline and they’ll get to see a lot more action and development from the characters that they already know and love. They’re both a great watch and I’m sure a lot of the members here on Patreon would love those reactions. Just my opinion.

I've already watched rebels and loved it, but when watching a reaction years later thru the normies - it's started to get boring and definitely feels like more of a kids show. Honestly I feel like watching a summary of the seasons is okay (New Rockstars did an amazing job). There's so many amazing shows and anime out there that some 100+ episodes of rebels just feels like an unnecessary time sink

It's decent, but it's still very much a children's show and there are 75 episodes. Some cool things happen with force innovation but 90% of the show is forgettable, most of the missions are pretty boring standard star wars stuff. I know because I'm on my second rewatch with the Normies and it's dragging on and super slow going at 1-2 episode a week pace. Power of friendship almost always wins. At some point we gotta ask why not Blues Clues or My Little Pony if we're so into these kids shows. The New Rockstars breakdowns cover it all really well and are enough. There are just so many other amazing shows out there that slogging thru a decent one over the course of a whole year just isn't worth it. Shinsekai Yori / From the New World is an absolute banger, we need more serious adult anime
