I love Twin. It’s great. There’s only six episodes currently, so it’ll only be three weeks if you guys decide to get the same time schedule. Also Kakegurui anime itself has so much anime only and removed content that it’s much worst than Twin that way.

i think you guys should definitely watch it!!! i think it gives you a better understanding of mary's character as well as giving a little background on the student council :) btw, kakegurui hasn't ended! the anime had just caught up to the manga at the time so there could be more seasons in the future as it has recently become more popular!

This ending kinda left me with mixed feelings. Something about it rubbed me the wrong way, but overall I still enjoyed it for the most part. But at some point it kinda got harder for me to follow, I had no clue wtf was going on anymore. I knew they were "colluding," but that was all I could even remotely understand. Didn't understand the point of any of it. And then I couldn't even be bothered to give any more fucks, and I just wanted it to be over. I do like Batsubami's character development, but at the same time it lowkey felt a little too sudden for me and threw me off a bit. Idk, it kinda felt like the ending was thrown together or something.... didn't feel all fleshed out to me. Left me feeling like there could've been a bit more to it.

Yes absolutely watch the Mary spinoff. People are just malding because the MC is Mary instead of Yumeko. While I get that Yumeko is everyone's favorite MC and it feels weird without her, the story works perfectly fine with Mary as the substitute. Plenty of fun gambling games to be had, plenty of mental fuckery

Guys, after you have watched Kakegurui's Spin off, if you watch it, I recommend you to watch Owari No Seraph, although the third season will probably never come out, I'm sure if you watch it you will like it a lot.

I hate the whole thought of " she's losing on purpose " and " she doesn't care about what she's betting ". When she loses, it is a genuine loss. That is how gambling works losing on purpose is against her code. Remember she HATES suicide eye patch girl because she loses on purpose and sucks the fun out of it, so why would she herself do the very thing she hates? When she loses she takes the L and if she can afford it, she keeps going wanting another round. She does not win all the time. And her only 'lose on purpose' loses are loses that do not end the entire game. We only see her most important wins. And she always cares about what she's betting. The value of the bet and the risk of losing it is the fuel for thrill, so of she didn't care, then there's nothing to feel but emptiness. It's basically a meaningless suicide if she never cared and thus why would she gamble ever? She'd just be bored to death. She takes her risk and their risk and the meanings behind both and blends them to the point of getting a literal swirling gambling orgasm, so don't say she doesn't care about the other sides story. She only doesn't feel remorse after she's won because it was all fair game and she wants to move to the next thrill. She'll be your friend though.

Sadly I see no S3 in the future :/.. They would have to do a lot of retconning to make the election work. These last two episodes changed way too much for a legitimate 3rd season. Only other solution would be to make it almost entirely anime original with limited manga connections.
