"But she's a child, just a child" bro, everyone with a close-minded thinking say stuff like that to justify everything that has been happening. There's not black or white, just greys and everyone in this show is accountable for their actions but something must be clear and is that Powder was pushed to grow up in a way that wasn't for her. And after she didn't have the time to make it work and everything got fucked up. I've seen people said "Oh, hes a cute nice child" but then after years they change to "Oh, he's/she's can't be normal" to "Oh, I knew he/she was going to end like that". Everyone is always pointing stuff on a kid and don't take the time to fucking do their job as adults but how fucking we like to point and point and point and point out things without realize that our past words made that psycho or criminal. Yeah, Jinx (Powder) is right now fucked up but because of the environment she grew up after losing HER parents in the worst way possible, a sister with a forced role as a mother and an entire fucked up place but hey, let's keep pointing how fucking evil she is because it was inevitable.

I had a hard time reading this comment, no offense lmao. Jinx always displayed hints at not being "normal" (which could stem of the lost of her parents) and as a kid who's constantly being told they're dead weight, she felt as if she has prove herself. I love this show and I don't harshly pin the blame on Vi or Powder, as they both were terribly affected by the events that took place. But of course there are things that lead up to the outcome. Overall I more or less understood what you meant.

The duel between Ekko and Jinx is epic af! The visuals and the background music are perfect. It's even more sad because in the games, when Ekko meets Jinx, he says "I had a crush… until you started talking to the gun." So the fact that he's still hesitating here, it means that he still really cares for her.

The way I see it, the flash back in between the fight was showing how Jinx and Ekko use to play. Yeah she messed up on missions but it’s been said and shown that she has skills even when she was little but Ekko isn’t the same little boy anymore, he leveled up. You should watch the Everbody wants to be my enemy official music video, it shows a little more of Powder and Ekko’s relationship

Jinx wasn't taking advantage of Ekko's hesitation, life fucked her up and things change so much so that her close friend is beating her to death. They both realize this. She was genuinely scared not playing to emotion. Her eyes were also grey as symbolism of the old Powder. That grenade was meant for her, she wanted to off herself. Ekko was the only one that moved away.

Ekko is actually part of a music group inside the league of legends world, i dint know if it has to do with lore but he is.

Aye, Ekko is part of a group called "True Damage" which consists of Ekko, Senna, Akali, Qiyana and Yasuo. The champion skins and the single were really popular and garnered a lot of praise from the community so it makes sense for them to carry that theme over into the show - they also gave Ekko dreads in Arcane like he had in the music video....usually Ekko has a tall mohawk instead. The saddest part of this whole episode for me, is that I think we were all expecting Jinx to shoot Ekko when he hesitated. But instead you just see Jinx give him this sad, hopeless, broken look. The second she’s sees Ekko’s face up close, it hits her of the monster she’s become and it breaks her heart, and in that final moment when she pulled the pin on that grenade, she just didn’t care anymore, she wanted to die too. And in a way she did. What little that was left of Powder died on that bridge.

For those who don't know Ekko in the game, he is capable of rewind the time. So when he is against Jinx on the bridge, before he go at her, we saw the rewind animation and then he could avoid and predict Jinx's moves. That's why he smashed her ^^. And then we can understand in the 4th episode when they attacked the ship, he's looking at his clock because that's shows him the amount of time he has "control" of. He knows what is going to happen in this period of time...(sorry i'm french so don't know if I was understandable, I hope so ^^)

It gives the right mix of "I pity her" and "you need to go". The fact that Lupa gets heated on her actions is testament enough to how well she was written. WTF do you want ? I don't know why a good character becoming an antagonist suddenly means a character is hard to like.
