DogSmilez

Yeah it was an accident fr, and the situation didn't make it any better unfortunately XP

DogSmilez

2023 with this reply lol , but that was me with all this. Sam has literally been the catalyst for this whole thing, and all she had to do was clear it up at school and talked about the guy. Not saying everyone is not in the wrong, but Sam most definitely fucked all that up honesty

sainttrunks1982

@DogSmilez Actually Amanda is the Catalyst for all this, by raising Sam to be the way she is, and defending her, and blaming everything on Daniel.

Jill I

Aisha did too much....that was physical! Probably divided her vagina.

Sera

It's cool, Roshi 👍🏾 Rather have this than nothing!

Allison Veluz

JunpeiFES .

Thank you! No worries! I already watched this several times to know what expect from your reactions lol

JunpeiFES .

Salmonero

Yeaaah.. early drops?! 😯

This is just how life looks to me without my glasses on anyways so I’m used to it lol

Jay rellim

my cousin do something to you dont got shit to do with me lmaooo idc if i said this guy was mean 20 years ago that didnt mean try to get even with him! i'd make louie pay for that shit not me

Wallet

The Blurry burns my eyes!

Gustavo

Miguel finally showing his true Cobra Kai colors.

Mal ?

Miguel was in the right here and lemme tell you why. Sam decided to not to tell her family about Miguel because he was in cobra kai, which was already the first strike. Miguel didn't know this though, so who knows what he could have been thinking. When miguel went to sams house and saw her with robby THAT is what made him believe she was cheating on him! THEN she gets grounded and her phone gets taken away, BUT miguel does NOT know this. So when sam shows up to the party, what do you know..shes with ROBBY. the same guy that miguel believes sam is cheating on him with in the first place. So no, none of this was miguels fault. This coudl have all been avoided if same had just introduced her family to miguel and not listen to her childish ass father daniel lol.

Justin Neason

it's ok roshi, we caught ya'll in - 2k

Jay rellim

he also could have told her why he was so upset when they talked in the lockers instead of lying and deflecting. he also could have been willing to listen instead of being mad while drunk and fighting and yelling. in the end sure sam started the issues and was even on her way to apologize but he didnt even give her a chance and then he majorly fucked up his own situation lol

Anonymous

"this show is way better then it needs to be" bruhhh were s2 at yall aint seen nothing yet.

Chedder

Can't be mad at Miguel, or anyone in this episode. Miguel was trying to meet her family, introduce himself and do right. Then bro runs ups on the house and see's something no one whats to see. Then he hasn't talked to her all day and the first thing he sees is her holding hands with the same guy from dinner?? Nahhhhh smoke was inbound regardless lmao. Robby was being flirty and trying to act cool, my nigga Miguel didn't deserve all that. But he shouldn't have been drinking that was dumb as hell

Luis Rodriguez

I love Miguel but this episode was always the hardest to watch.

Jeremiah Wagner

This could have been avoided if he talked to her because she’s his girlfriend instead of making assumptions

Mal ?

it doesnt matter lol that entire beach scene would have never happened if sam had just told miguel the truth about why she didnt introduce him to her parents. IN his head it was because she was seeing robby, and her continuing to keep it a secret led to the future events lol. Havent you all heard of cause and effect?? her first initial csuse led to all the events that later took place lol

Gabby Boakye-yiadom

I wouldn't say Robby was getting flirty, as soon as he heard Sam had a boyfriend he backed down and was just being friendly as Sam is Daniel's daughter who he respects by this point. He was even giving Miguel the benefit to Sam that he wouldn't be mad at her for coming late, but of course neither were aware that Miguel knew about Robby and already made assumptions about him due to Johnny's story about Ali.

Gabby Boakye-yiadom

If we're following that logic it all just comes down to Daniel and Johnny's beef being the origin catalyst.

Erich Bomke

My only issue with season 1 is that they give Robby way too much of a power curve. "Here is a move that no one could ever do." Robby does it on accident in 5 minutes.

Mal ?

oh yeah for sure lol. thats obvious, this all started with jonny and daniel

Chedder

I do agree i wouldn't say flirty but if you remember a couple of episodes back when he first saw Sam he was attracted to her immediately, so badly my man ran into some plants lmao. So Robby has always had it for Sam, and you have to remember he doesn't like Miguel because he saw him with his dad, so when he first met him he was surprised. Also when Sam said she had a boyfriend you could see the disappointment on his face, he's always had it for her. I'm excited to see them watch season 2, it gets serious lol.

Zen Reacts

nah it all started when dumbass Sam didnt tell he parents she was in a car accident

Theralyst

Siding with Miguel, Sam could have easily cleared things up. It could have been as simple as saying "My dad invited an employee (or student) over for our family dinner, as opposed to just saying "family dinner"

Joel Braaten

The Robbie, Miguel, Sam scene paralleled the beach scene from Karate Kid 1.

Devin Witt

I love the sprinkling of flashbacks to the movies throughout this series. Right amount of nostalgia and introducing the new generation.

The Truth

“Johnny got hurt for no reason” There’s a 16 year reason

The Truth

You mean the 1 hand thing? And “move” mot movie.? Daniel said it’s the strongest kick, he never said no one could ever do it

Erich Bomke

I think you mean "not movie.?" He says "only Miyagi could do it." Daniel, the 2 time champ tried his whole life and could never do it. So Robby in 2 months is better than Daniel.

rickie woodson

early drop say whaaaaaaaaaat? be back with a snack. #quickmashedpotatoes

Devin B

Obviously Robby was interested in Sam when he first met her but as soon as she said he had a boyfriend it was understandable that he was disappointed but he didn't try to press it any further than that. I don't blame Miguel for assuming that Sam was seeing Robby behind his back based on certain events but there was no need to try and throw hands based on assumptions.

Devin B

Miguel wasn't wrong in how he felt but his reaction was definitely wrong. Obviously he was drunk and his judgement was impaired but he genuinely bottled up that anger until he saw Sam and Robby together.

Yanpo

Miguel was in the right up until he decided to try to drink his feelings away which led to all his other bad decisions here. This and next episode will be Miguel at his lowest. Afterwards, well, that's just spoilers.

Omar Bautista

1. Miguel is drunk 2. Sam knows this and knows karate 3. Sam purposely goes for the block and gets hit. In short Sam has no reason to be mad and should have calmed down Miguel to see why he is mad

Mad4Life

Ya'll niggas had me thinking I needed a new prescription for my glasses for a second there.

Mozart Waddell

Yeah Sheera you don't feel bad for him. The whole situation was out of context and he's drunk. She literally felt shame about their relationship. I'm not defending Miguel but no Roshi that shouldn't be Robbie girl because a teen drunken fueled incursion. I honestly hate this kid Robbie. The sad fact is that even though I'm watching for the first time with you guys I know Robbie is going to keep trying to sabotage Miguel's relationship. They should have a sit down and talk everything out. The whole situation is a series of unfortunate events and I'll leave it at that. Edit: I just seen episode 10 and I recant my former statement in defense of Miguel but not Robbie. Fuck Robbie 🖕🖕🖕🖕

Lamont mitchell

I wouldn' t say "better" he just was more skilled in that particular department. Just like basketball, Steph curry is a better three point shooter than Lebron James but is he better than Lebron?

Arknightoni

Exactly. If I was in Johnny's situation I was coming with full smoke. Someone is going to pay for it idc who

Arknightoni

Nah we stand for our boy Miguel around here he did nothing wrong and is a sweet guy. Sam should've taken the proper steps to not make this sort of thing happen but nah she kept making bad decisions since episode 1. Literally the only good decision she made up to this point was break up with that other jackass. I've got nothing against Robbie but him being around Sam at that time only made things worse.

Ndricim Haziri

So miguel ACCIDENTALLY hit Sam and apologized immediately even when he was angry and drunk is wrong, but Sam who just went NO WE'RE OVER after miguel ACCIDENTALLY hit Sam and apologized immediately even when he was angry and drunk isn't? Come on man

Outcast107

@Jay rellim The Reason Miguel didn't ask her about it or told her why he was upset is because he didn't want to believe she was cheating on him. A lot of people will try to go around touchy subjects because they don't want to face the truth. That and Sam could have just told him the truth from the get go of why she didn't bring Miguel over to meet her family. Also have you never been drunk? A lot of the time you are not in the right mind and the man was already pissed and annoyed that his girlfriend was not answering him at all and seem to distance herself all the time when he wanted to meet her family. Miguel was in the wrong for getting drunk, but the fault lies with Sam with hiding Miguel from her family and viceversa. Last thing, when two guys seemingly about to fight each other. the last thing anyone person should do is get between them. Especially when one is drunk off their ass. Not sure what she was expecting when was she jump right in the middle of someone throwing hands. Should Miguel have thrown the punch? Of course not, but the man was drunk and had a lot of angry and hurt feelings swirling around and the first thing he see is Sam coming down the hill. Holding hands and giggling with Robby. Not a good thing to see her boyfriend is drunk and angry.

Nana

Bunch of fucking misunderstandings man pinning this all on one person isn’t logical at all.Still siding with my boy Miguel though hope he moves forward from this correct

Random Guy

Robbie was literally doing LaRusso

Jay rellim

i hope yall never date or give ppl advice the way yall think miguel was not in the wrong lmao this comment section fr blew my mind

Anonymous

You can tell who the people with little life experience are because they defend Miguel here lol

The Pebble

All of you taking teenage romance from a show so seriously is what's blowing my mind, anyone here still in high school gets a free pass due to inexperience, but to all the grown men and women out here, ya'll are pathetic lmao

Youngmamba

I mean Daniel didn't do shit wrong either lol but he did call how cobra kai would turn them into a holes. I want to feel bad for johnny but my man was a shit dad for 16 years just because you want to try know doesn't mean robby's going to forget all that. People can change but that doesn't erase the bs you did.

Saphthings

People so stressed in the comments trying to defend Daniel lol

Oliver

So Robby was supposed to get a lift home by the daughter so why is he at the house, training when his dad gets there at night?

sainttrunks1982

yall make like drunk Miguel tried to hit Sam on purpose

sainttrunks1982

100% exactly, how everybody doesn't see this is beyond me, but this series is literally about Sam "always the victim, never her felt" LaRusso
