so quick heads up, we unintentionally watched censored so when that headlock scene happened we didnt see none of the dodging/maneuvering Takemichi did to achieve that lol al we heard were sound effects. By the way what a stupid ass thing to censor. Who censors sidesteps? Sidestep is factually known to be the strongest battle technique in anime

They didn't censor the move, they're censoring the uniform cause it has a swastika on it or at least that's why I assume they're censoring anything. I read this part in the manga and that's all I can think of that would be worth censoring, just to avoid people complaining about it.

No point in using a knife if you don't know how to use it. It's much easier to disarm a clueless knife fighter than it is to try and fight someone that can use their hands well. Although to be fair, Takemitchy kinda sucks at both so idk

Throwing the knife back was a good move. Takemichi has NO hands and honestly it was more likely the other dude would either take it back or Takemichi would accidentally cut himself in the process of trying to fight.

XD I'm glad they reminded people again this episode, because I just mentioned this in my comment during your last reaction. Takemitchy and his friends can't throw hands! When they pulled up on screen, I was like, who called these clowns!! LOLL! Like Roshi said, this show is realistic when it comes to Takemitchy and his friends fighting. There is no way they would randomly know how to fight. Someone is going to have to teach them if they're going to stay in the gang. At least Takemitchy was able to catch one W in this episode, since Draken is still alive and he choked Kiyomasa out.

After a while "freezing up" becomes a bit pathetic and frustrating to watch. It's not that it's hard to understand Takemitchy's situation or what he may be feeling, it's just that for the past two episodes all he's been doing is freezing up. A little tip to make sure youre not watching the censored version: the opening has a scene with all the gang dudes showing their backs and wearing the uniform, in the censored version theres just a black background, in the uncensored version theres a huge manji symbol in the bg! I know u guys skip the openings but it might be worth it to check just to make sure before watching! its around second 50 of the opening
