Tsurumi is definitely a Genius at manipulating people. That is how he has gotten so many loyal followers. Remember Ogata's backstory. Tsurumi tried to do the same with Ogata but Ogata knew exactly what Tsurumi was trying to do, lol. That scene with Ogata seeing Tsurumi for what he is makes Ogata even more epic. Tsurumi has been able to manipulate so many other great soldiers to do his bidding, but not Ogata.
