and just for context, It's called Hero because Kinoshita became the Hero of the Guardian Deity (Nishinoya) even though Kinoshita doesn't have any big moment during the match, he was able to remind Nishinoya to do a different approach when receiving the ball. and that's why he is a Hero too! :D

my interpretation of "hero" - it's not that kinoshita (#7) "can be a hero too" but kinoshita is literally a hero to nishinoya. in noya's flashback he asks his grandfather, "what if i'm really scared" and he replies "what else, you ask for help" and it's kinoshita who helps him by telling him where to move so that he can ace that overhand receive. so even if kinoshita couldn't have an "epic moment like everyone else" and score on his own with his serves, he helps noya with the thing that he is scared of, and that's what makes him a hero. and when noya pointed at kinoshita i think it was more of a "that was thanks to you!!!" instead of "you can do it too!"

Atsumu might come across as somewhat cocky but you can't deny his skill as a setter. Even Ukai had to give him credit for the set he did even though his team is playing against him cause before being the coach of the opposing team he's an ex volleyball player appreciating the level of skill another volleyball player has.

Btw I don't think you guys know what a Pinch Server is yet but it's a player who goes in the game to only serve. So after he serves, if they score the point, the server serves again, but if they don't score, the pinch server goes back to the bench. If you guys already know what it is that's great. Just letting you know.

Nishinoya pointed to Kinoshita because he became Noya's 'hero' in this episode. Noya js thanking him, and his pointing means "It's thanks to you." not him saying "You can do it too."

i was rly looking forward to their reaction to this one 'cause i love that Kinoshita's arc was a lil different. he couldnt have a defining moment on the court on his own, but he trained with Nishinoya, serving jump floaters at him so he could improve his overhand receive that he sucks at. so it's thanks to Kinoshita that Nishinoya was able to finally get Miya Atsumu's serve. It's really too bad they didn't get any of that....
