All the elements can be used in some versatile ways. Fire- lightning, Earth- sandbending Waterbending in all forms of h2O ice, steam and liquid. You will see other bending powers that will be revealed later.

Don't underestimate Sokka he may be used as comic relief most of the time but he's the idea man with good priorities. Never even occured to them to find intel on invading the Fire Nation until he pointed it out.

If the Owl didn't want anymore humans there, he should of never kept his library in the human world and went back to the spirit world after the firebenders destroyed everything related to the fire nation.

Every Avatar fan knows that from ep 11 onward, it’s gonna be lit. Also, I love that you guys understand why Toph couldn’t save Appa. I’ve seen a lot of reactors try and call bullshit on her not being able to, so the fact that you guys get it is awesome.

Of course she couldn't have. If anybody's to be blamed really, it's Appa, who just stayed in place as they captured his ass. He's usually pretty smart too, not even fucking them up with his tail as he usually does, or even hovering out of their reach

I just realized, maybe the professor didn't really die. Maybe his resolve to stay with the library and learn for the sake of learning was enough for Won Shi Tong to save him and sustain him (food and water). Clearly, if he's buried with the library he won't be able to abuse the knowledge to get the edge on other humans. Completely feasible, and perhaps he was even taken with Won Shi Tong to join the knowledge seekers in the spirit world( Aang isnt the only one to go there, he's just the one we see able to go there seemingly at will, after he learns to. Sokka, and Iroh have been there).
