Glad you reacting to this cause the story is awesome I don't know why they censored the blood but it's just the first few episodes so at ep 5 or so the censorship should be gone

The fountain of youth keeps something alive by reversing any damage to it, which keeps it young since aging is a form of damage. It doesn't bring something back to life after it is dead, that's why Elaine was trying to shove it down Ban's throat as soon as possible before he died. It's similar to how Elizabeth has powerful healing abilities but once someone is actually dead she can't do anything, like all the people that died at the end of season 1 and when Meliodas died. Healing isn't resurrection.

Piety is actually Zeldris' commandment and only people who've read the LN know the details but I'm guessing when the 2 commandments were killed by Meliodas, Drole or Gloxinia ended up with Zeldris' former commandment for some reason and Zeldris then had Piety
