I hated Mahito from the get-go and then after reading this part of the manga I absolutely loathed him. Knowing you hate him just as much and wish for his demise allows me a bit of joy whenever I have to see him.

One thing I think couldā€™ve been fun from the Mangaka would be if Mahito turned Nanami into a transfigured corpse, make Nanami fight Yuji and make him kill Nanami. Not sure if thereā€™s maybe a reason that wouldnā€™t work, but I feel like that wouldā€™ve broken Yujiā€™s soul just that little bit more :)
