Interesting

The upper-mids definitely pop on the KEF

Probably sense to connect via Wi-Fi. In addition, the application has very flexible settings, perhaps they will correct the situation. Although, of course, KEF's sound is denser.

Did I hear Jeff Cascaro ? I saw him once here in Germany on a Jazz Night.

I know some who like them and know some who hate them. The tuning on this is quiet strange. Really dark and upper bass heavy. I think it's great that you now (thanks to patreon) are able to show us such expensive speakers.

Btw. My Teufel real blue nc broke down today. Should I get the anker q30 instead or are there other alternatives. :)

There are no real settings to adjust the sound directly just different placements which seem to cut bass but you cannot influence any of these on your own

I was hopping to see hipped speakers review here so thanks a lot. I would pick the Focal any day but to me the KEF has much emphasis on mid-bass and mid-treble on the other hand the Pro A36 is very neutral but no way as dynamic as Focal. I wonder if the "budget" and hipped speakers ELAC B6.2 (Debut 2.0) or ELAC Uni-Fi 2.0 UB52 sound better both Pro A36 and KEF.

Yap figured so, these 1000€+ speakers are a bit overated, after watching your video i came back to the past and watched his diavalet videos, and well, my conclusions are that they are just all overprice, the phantom even though different, better sounding also not perfect, and def. even if quality might be better sound does not have its price,(starting from a certain point that is).

Sehr interessanter Vergleich.

The audiopro indeed sounds better and closer to the elex. I also think my edifier s3000 pro sounds way nicer then the kefs. They are wireless and have eq aswell as 4 different dsp settings on the remote. They are around €700.

I was expecting something else from the kef speakers...more clarity and tighter bass. I don’t know, maybe the room is also not suited for them. Anyway, the audio pro are much better for day by day use.

A few months ago I wanted to buy new airplay featured speaker for home. I had a chance to borrow KEF LSX, Devialet Phantom 600, and Audio Pro C10 (MK 1). After 2 days of listening I decided to buy Audio Pro (I bought the new MK2 version of C10). Overall I think the C10 is very solid speaker, with very pleasant sound and perfect price/performance ratio.

I think that the Audio Pro C1, the new MK2, is an interesting speaker, maybe we will see a review from Olaf.

Yes, it would be also interesting for me.

I think that the voice on the KEF and is more centered and advanced in the scene while on the Audio Pro keeps the voice recessed. It may also depend from the toe-in/out of the speakers they should be either projected parallel or with a little toe-in versus the listener.
