Supplement for $10+ Patrons is up now: https://www.patreon.com/posts/8067117

It's tutorial time again!

This tutorial covers some basic tips on how to start worldbuilding for your project. Worldbuilding is a fun way to spend your creative energies, and when a well-developed world is paired with a comic or story, it may draw in an audience that will keep coming back to visit (there is something to be said for being able to travel to distant lands without a passport). But it's easy to lose track while worldbuilding, or to waste a lot of time while researching minutae, so this tutorial also goes over some common pitfalls to avoid.

A lot of worldbuilding is related to researching, so I'm making the research supplement (https://www.patreon.com/posts/6183462 ) available for all $5+ Patrons for this month as well. The supplement for this tutorial should be up tomorrow for $10+ Patrons!

Special thanks to Alex Ries/ abiogenesis (http://abiogenisis.deviantart.com/) for allowing me to use a map of his planet Chriirah (http://abiogenisis.deviantart.com/art/Chriirah-588088160) in the tutorial. Alex has some of the most incredible worldbuilding I've ever seen, and I really encourage you to check out his Birrin species and maybe be like me and subscribe to his Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/alexries/posts).

Hope you like it and thanks for looking~

Err... ah... I can't seem to find the supplement worksheet for this? Is it right in front of my face and I've missed it? I swear I spent a good 5+ minutes searching posts and using your tags to find it before asking :O

Sorry Joie, it's not you it's me DX It's going up this afternoon, I am just revising it a lot to make it tight since it's a wide subject. I'll poke you again when it's up!

Fun side distraction: Here's what the Euthanasia Coaster would really look like to ride: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_11Ut6unBQ And here's a hilarious impossible coaster also designed to kill you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BWFxqOiqUbY lol the end of that second one is like "Just in case if you didn't die yet..."
