Kim taking advantage of knowing Howard and Cheryl were having marital problems, by implying Cheryl wasn't paying enough attention to Howard's problems, is especially cruel.

I love how Gus is clearly flirting with a guy and people are still like, “what’s that about?” He’s gay but I think that even if he ran down the street with a rainbow flag there would still be some people who say, “what’s that about?” 😂 Oh and Carrol Burnett rules!

You’re definitely getting near the end of this series (Better Call Saul), and I’m always hoping you’ll at some point watch other shows like: Stranger Things, Mr. Robot, and The Sopranos, after you finish this show

Again, Lucky Mary. After episode 7 aired, we had to wait two months for the rest of the season. The great Carol Brunette. A legend in the business. The Jeffie character is the same creep that recognized Jimmy but played by a different actor. I guess they couldn't get the same guy back. Gustavo Fring is the most patient chess player in the game to taking down The Salamancas, Juan Bolsa, and Don Eladio My only guess is Gus was getting a view of a different life he can have, but felt he can't live that life because of how things are going with getting revenge on The Salamancas and Don Eladio. Also cooking meth. I really liked those transitions lol. I forgot to mention the picture of Chuck was in the room when Howard accused that one Judge of being a phony and looked at as crazy. Howard was acting how Chuck was acting when trying to explain how Jimmy is behind some scam.

Of course it was Eladio in Breaking Bad, Eladio is the main reason for Gus's (edit: oops) revenge on the cartel, along with Hector (and all Salamancas after what Lalo caused). Hector was a minor-to-medium inconvenience when he was standing and talking, Gus let Hector think he won most of the time and took advantage of the situations he imposed, until he crippled him only for Lalo to show up. He poisoned the bottle of Zafiro Anejo that everyone took a shot from and Eladio held for a long time as he was seeing himself get paralyzed and Gus practically put him in the pool with his eyes as he lost his balance from the effects of the poison and then fell in the pool. That whole place belongs to Eladio, paid to him by Hector (which he says before collapsing and having his stroke earlier) in BCS.

This is the first time either Jimmy or Kim says "I love you" in the whole series. Said not in a moment of tenderness or sincerity, but in desperation....and it's too late to mean anything.

Nik

True but i think its interesting that she wasn't wrong either. Cheryl had a couple scenes where she showed her lack of care for Howard. Of course making her feel guilty for his death is too far though. I still didnt really like her

Floyd Hill

It was sincere, but too late. We can assume they did tell them off-cam, or just by the feeling we had between these 2 for most of the show, that it was not needed, they both knew and were both seduced by the other and they simplified it to the point where such phrases were not needed. I've had a partner where things were like that, and if I had to rank what was the best time I had with a woman while in couple while was not much needed to be said because somehow we both knew how we felt instinctively, it ended only because she had to move very far away for her career and I just can't deal with distance, we made each other happy just by being together and we didn't speak much, unlike the long time s/o I've been with happily now where there is so much talking it could drive others mad. Shortly, I think it is implied it is sincerely said to each other, although not in the best of circumstances. Especially with the way Kim responds, at first.

Can't wait for episode 11-12 tonight, which includes the episode named "Breaking Bad". :D

Kim is morally ruined the whole season (Along with Jimmy), but that scene really shows how her brain works. Its so fucking messed. I'm glad that we do see that the humanity from earlier seasons was able to reappear with her tho. What a show!

I do think the scene is a little long, but its powerful, not really because it confirms the suspicions of Gus being gay. But because it shows how much Gus is willing to sacrifice. How he knows that if he has any personal relationship with anyone that could endanger them. So he chooses not to have any personal relations whatsoever. Organised crime is bad for you I guess

Dk

You may be the last person on earth to not realize Gus is gay
