Hi peeps, I'm back from my mini holiday and feel really refreshed. So much has been happening and just being away from EVERYTHING for a few days was amazing. Knowing me, your favourite Belgian foodie, you might assume that I ate like a pig and enjoyed it... and you would be RIGHT :D 


I didn't put any limits on myself, which was nice, but this morning I almost started crying at the scale. My weight has gone up a whoooooooooole lot. But okay, worth. So I wanted to start again with the accountability from today!

Here is my little rulebook for myself for the next couple of weeks. 

- No snacks (chips/candy/chocolate) or bad drinks (soda/alcohol) on any day, except for fridays. On fridays there are no limits. McDonalds, with chips and gin tonic as dessert on fridays? YES.

- Gym 3 times a week. 

- One Patreon post a week about the whole weight/body thing. 

- This one is a weird one, but I'm gonna try to fill my 'apple watch goals' everyday. Basically the hard one is that you try to move 'intensely' for 30 min a day, even on your off gym days. For example today I walked to get food during noon time, I ran up the stairs and now I just have to be on the exercise bike for 10 min to hit it. I'm not sure about this one yet, but hell, why not.

Thank god I hopefully have more time to focus on this, next to work and streaming, since I don't have to study until October. YAY for exam passing :D :D :D.

Tomorrow I resume streaming and I'm nervous as heck because missing a week of streaming is NOT what a streamer ever wants to do :).
