The Morphlings decide to try the same tactic they used against the Banished Knight. To their horror, it quickly becomes apparent how the Sun Taker is a completely different creature than the Banished Knight was. The Sun Taker is far faster and is quickly able to not only close the gaps in distance between her and the two separated morphlings, but also able to just run over and demolish the ramshackle cover the old market stalls where supposed to provide.

Indeed, she even has far deadlier abilities then the morphlings considered. Her weapon causes the bimbofication status and she is able to spew a smoke that causes gothification. Luckily both the morphlings are able to avoid the smoke because they keep on the move. The bimbofication, not so much. Newlyn isn't able to resist the bimbofication and succumbs to the status. Neoma's goth resistance is able to prevent her from succumbing to the weapons bimofication abilities.

Results:

• Both Morphlings where killed and sent back to the last purified morph site.
• Instead of losing their morph, the bracelets of the broken bond shatter. The morphlings do not need to recover their morph but they lose the bracelets of the broken bond.
• Newlyn loses 1 point in Primal and gains 1 point in Bimbo from the bimbofication status effect.

Update:  Wanted to point out the conversations people are having in the comments and the discord channel about this vote. Some good points have been brought up and it's good to see more people discussing these choices.

It was supposed to be an easy loot run in an abandoned town market. Now the morphlings have to deal with a very large and intimidating Fae Knight.

Remember, when voting, think about what the morphlings are facing, the current status of the morphlings and where they are encountering the challenge.

Current status of the Morphlings;

• Level: 23
• Classes : Himbo Ronin and Goth Acquaintance
• Location: The Abandoned Market of Eventide. Circular area with many easily destroyed carts and stalls.
• Status: Both Newlyn and Neoma have had to fight to get here, so they have taken some damage and used some mana.

Challange;

Fae Knight Obstella, the Sun Taker is much like the banished knight. Tall (8'6 ft 2.6 Mt,) slender and completely covered in armor. Unlike the banished knight who was bulky and carried a heavy weapon and shield, Obstella seems to have a katana tied to her left hand while her right hand seems to be much larger and used as a claw weapon.

What is Known: Fae have high Gothic stats and either a high bimbo or a primal stat, based on which type of Morph they drain.

The choices are;

• Newlyn takes the lead with Neoma backing him up.
• Neoma takes the lead with Newlyn backing her up.
• Split up and flank Obstella.
• Hit and Run, using ranged attacks and the cover to your advantage.
