I just watched the VOD, it was very enjoyable, thank you for the stream. So today, for the first time in many years, I took a nap after lunch :) Sorry I couldn't join live. I love your content because it helps me sleep and relax, so getting up at 4am to watch a livestream would be counter-productive, right? 😂 One thing I noticed about the stream regarding your recent food coma post: there was no food coma in this stream. I think the reason for that is you talking and explaining a lot between each bite. So food coma can be avoided not only be eating less, but it can also be avoided by eating very slowly :)
