I was so excited for you to get to the point of being able to watch some of the ‘ladies panels’. They are always some of my favorites of any con. I hope you’ll get to see panels with more of the women soon. Felicia sometimes joins, as well as Rachel Miner (the dark haired Meg demon), there are others but I don’t think you’ve met them yet so I’ll be quiet.

I love this so much – thank you, editors! I view the boys' love of Texas the same way I view my own love of my home(town) -- which I did leave. That insular, Northeast island has a *terrible* reputation, but I think it comes down to the thinking patterns of people you were most closely surrounded by (including parents). And because of growing up there, I would never dismiss someone out of hand who presents as having different ideological views... So you win some, you lose some on that island. My best friend will never, ever, move back there. *I* might.
