Upcoming Changes, Tags, Image Quality, & More (Patreon)

Hey all!

Really happy with the latest set of changes that have been rolling out. A new set of changes will likely go out Monday, with a host of changes meant to improve the site experience visually.

Here are all the notes that I think I've missed putting on patreon.

• New search was launched, incredibly fast and way more precise.
• Tags were launched, with a suggestion box on Waifus.
• Tags are still being added by users, approved mostly by me, to help expand our capabilities to find Waifus with specific traits. 
• All third party accounts are being shut off and migrated on-rack with email address support only. This is due to twitter up and deciding to just yeet their API.
• CDN is ready to be moved to BunnyCDN, and with it, massive size improvements and image quality improvements are ready. It's unreal.
• Removing the entire on-rack image processing stack and shortpixel stack.
• Massive quality boost to user banners.
• Boosted quality on images will allow for currently airing anime to be expanded to be larger
• Trending waifus are being moved to Google Analytics 4 due to sunsetting GA3 support via Google.
• More 1st party art via JoyifulArt

Additionally, mod applications will likely open again soon to get more approvers for waifus that are pending.
