Developer Update: Tag Suggestions, Search Final Touches (Patreon)

Hey all, polishing this new update off this weekend.

For this next update, the first stage of tag suggestions will go out. Instead of the huge mess that occurred when tags were first introduced, this is going to be a lot more user driven and should allow us to organically populate with some control. Last time the flood gates were open we ended up with a lot of tags that just contained trash, memes, insults, etc. This time is going to be a bit better, hopefully!

Mobile UI for the new search is pretty much finalized too. It feels a lot smoother.
