Hello friends,

For this weeks By Request Song Tutorial, I'm breaking down my approach to performing a solo, acoustic version of Bruce Springsteen's 1985 classic "I'm on Fire." I'll take you through the instrumental, verse, and bridge sections while demonstrating a useful finger picking pattern that you can use throughout. Let's get started!

Please make it easier to find the tab for songs.

Hey John, Patreon is working on building a title search option. But in the meantime, I've added patreon links to almost all my youtube descriptions. If you're looking for a specific lesson, just search by title on my Youtube page and the corresponding patreon link should be there. Thanks!

What strumming pattern would you recommend for a slowed down version? Thanks!

Welcome to Patreon Chelsea, I was just playing the tune slowed down, and with the "pop strumming pattern," which you can learn in my ebook. That simplifies the tune quite a bit, and still sounds great!
