What's up everybody! It's adi again with more designing talk! This time we're here to chat about I Told You So! Thanks to our lovely team with feedback and ideas every step of the way!

I'm actually writing this before anyone knows about this project existing...! I'm looking forward to seeing what people think!

First thing's first - font hunting! It depends on the project for which order I'll do things in, but since this is just a side project, basing the logo around the text is a bit quicker.

E** has asterisks because the font is called Parry Hotter, and I'm pretty sure it's meant to mimic that logo font. I didn't intend to make it a final contender, but I liked the idea of getting another font and making it Spookier.

I really liked G, so I did pairings with the subtitle!

Since the show was a re-branding of Taranormal, though, C was also popular because of the font on the t-shirt!

I'm a big fan of drop shadows recently. Solid and wispy. Tried applying a bunch of layer styles here!

I decided that keeping the font for the subtitle looked better. It's Brushability Sans, for anyone curious! More outline, less outline - I did a lot of stuff. It was a little tough to read the red on black zoomed out, so I was focusing on readability.

I went back to font G for a moment, and tried adding in the hatched shadow effect on the C font, too!

Since the text is like, "I told you so!", I thought it would be cute to do a shock speech bubble! As I was mocking it up though, it felt very...

familiar...

New idea time. I wanted to make it look like a dialogue/talk-show feeling, with two people talking with each other.

To represent Morgan, I made the textboxes orange. I tried different levels of outlines, and less outline was more popular!

Tried to match the hatching more pronounced.

A couple of refinements here and there, cleaning up, and voila! A new logo for Tara's show!

How do you like it?
