I really missed the 3 kids in this episode. The way that Usopp in the manga/anime lies to protect them. And how he stands his ground with the attacking pirates, were great acts to show how Usopp really is. The coward that overcomes fear when his friends are in danger. They even left out the fact that like his dad "The seas are calling to him" and he has to set sail as a pirate no matter what. The way the live action shows Usopp is pretty bad. IMO :) I still really like the live, it is clearly the best live action adaptation ever made. But as a hardcore One Piece fan, I ofc found many things I would have liked to be more like the original story.

Heatah, you gotta stop man!! If they did every scene from the manga/anime, it would be 3hr's for each episode!! Just trust the process man ,because Oda is behind the wheel, he knows what needs to be included and how to make it work, enjoy the ride my guy!!!

Idk im team Heatah lol. Like I understand what you are saying and willing to compromise on certain things, but having Usopp not talk through the window is like so minor why change it. I think a lot of people who love shows and comics so much are more so excited to see how it will look through the lens of a camera not how it will be changed because it's a camera. Also on a side note about appearances: They should totally be doing things like Usopps nose, 100%. Look at sin city, they like sculpted Mickey Rourke's chin to look straight out of a comic book. Or how they maid Collin Farrel look in Batman. They can totally do it. Someone somewhere just said it's not worth the time and money.
