For Fantasy there's really no better choice than Total Warhammer 2 (ideally you'd get both games), but if strategy isn't your thing Vermintide is also quite good. For 40k the obvious choice is Dawn of War 1 or 2 if you're into strategy/tactics, or even Battlefleet Gothic. Action wise Space Marine is a good option.
