Fun fact! Inumaki has the same sub voice actor as tsukkishima from haikyu!

Fushiguro was the one who said that the curse at the detention center let out "pure cursed energy" the reason why he was so shocked by that is because usually you channel cursed energy into a cursed technique (jujutsu) like how fushiguro uses cursed energy to channel it into his cursed technique (the shikigami technique) but the curse was already very strong and fought them off with just pure cursed energy and no technique. It's very confusing terminology but it gets clear as the show goes on!

So gojo from what I remember when this first came out was definitely a hit with the fan girls, one feature I heard talked about was his eyes, as you can see in the title art you guys have in the background at the start of your videos he's got bright blue eyes, and I'm comfortable enough in myself to say the man does have pretty eyes 😂

Maybe this helps with the cursed energy confusion, so from how I understood it, cursed energy is like a bird shot shotgun shell, it's sporadic and less accurate its more spread out like a bird shot, where a cursed technique is like a buck shot shell, it's more accurate and refined, or more focused to go to a specific spot or task and the user has more control of the cursed energy Also when yuji learned he couldn't use techniques and was listing off what he had hoped to learn he mentioned Resengan, I think this was a reference to Naruto (non-spoiler in case you guys watch it in the future) there's a technique in naruto called a resengan I believe

Just based off of how much they mention loving hip-hop, rap, r&b etc and them being familiar with the world of k-pop i feel like Skz would resonate hard with J&J I literally think it every time they mention their taste in music.

i agree they would absolutely love skz, but they only really know about bts, and jared is familiar ish with epik high. i forgot i did get jared to watch the dance practice for domino once lol. i would love for them to do a reaction to top line or megaverse, and i think jared would love cover me (he's a vocal bias)

They referenced my favorite anime Hikaru no Go. At the end of Hikaru no Go they would teach you how to play and it would be like "Go, Go, iGo!" 😂 I love that anime and l was a pro at that game, which is why l loved the anime. I've not been on the patreon but I have checked it out on YouTube. I like BTS well enough but I never fully clicked with them. I'll listen to their music if it comes on and enjoy it but it's not my first choice you know? The dwaekki is the cutest dang thing. I don't really think I have a favorite I've bought Felix, hyunjin and Bangchan stuff too and I'm sure along the way I'll collect the rest. I've just got to take my time cause I could mess it up buying anime and Skz merch 🤣

when yall were learning about Yuji using cursed energy because he was angry/afraid, you said something like 'and he grew back his arm' but that wasn't Yuji, that was Sukuna. remember they are different people with different skills! just one body, and then i think you missed Gojo also thinking to himself that Yuji's body will eventually take on Sukunas cursed techniques. a lot of things learned in these episodes!

bts and epik high are my ults. it took me a little while to get into skz but i love them, i listen to a lot (a lot a lot) of music every day so when i'm in the mood i'll add new music to my rotation. currently doing ateez because i'm going to their concert in a couple weeks. buying merch is such a slippery slope, i am running out of room for all the manga and albums i buy 😂

My house is just stashed with my stuff. My dream is to have my own library/ office/ art room where I can store and display everything I've collected. All of my manga and books are in storage rn because I don't have somewhere to display it that I could keep my toddler or one of my dogs (who weirdly will only chew up books) out of I have a huge collection of diamond paintings where I had to buy the art files and then pay to have them turned into diamond paintings of anime and manga pictures that I want to be able to put up but i feel like it would be off putting to have them up over my whole house lmao

I say put up the paintings all over, they sound awesome! I understand wanting a private space for everything though, when your kid is older your stuff will be safer. I have no advice for the dogs tho, my dogs just eventually grew out of destroying my stuff. I approve of the library/ art room in any house if possible 😊

I really enjoy this scene between Gojo and Shoko because now we know Gojo's motivations and goals. Gojo simply wants these young sorcerers to be able to enjoy their youth without interference from people like the Jujutsu High higher ups that use and dispose of them like they're expendable things. They took advantage of the appearance of a strong curse to target Itadori and were willing to gamble with the lives of Kugisaki and Fushiguro in the process. The entire freshman class could have been wiped out in one go and that's the type of thing Gojo dreams of putting a stop to. In a world where sorcerers already have their hands plenty full with curses, Gojo aims to help raise a generation of strong and clever sorcerers that can eventually reform the jujutsu system to make it better for all sorcerers, especially the young. Even Fushiguro seems to share a similar view of the jujutsu system back when he said he himself was just another cog in the jujutsu machine.

When itadori was complaining about not being able to use cursed techniques, he was listing famous powers from other shonen animes The waiter at the cafe that quit and ran was not a window, he could just feel a bad vibe/ had a bad feeling in his gut, and his fight or flight instincts kicked in. Someone explained cursed energy/technique in another comment, but i describe it as cursed energy being like gunpowder, where it is explosive and can cause harm, but is unrefined. Then a cursed technique is like a bullet, where it uses the energy in a more powerful and destructive form. Lastly, jogo is in my top 2 of characters for this show

For clearance i want you to understand that only curses can easily heal. Technically humans can heal with a technique called "reversed cursed technique" but this is VERY hard to master and only a few humans like Gojo can actually heal.

When Geto says Jogo equals 8 or 9 Fingers Sukuna, he only means in the amount of cursed energy, not on potential, strength or skill. Jujutsu, as Megumi and Gojo refered to, is the Cursed Technique, so basically a cursed technique is something that relies on your cursed energy to use it in a specific way, for example, Nobara's Cursed Technique allow her to use the Straw Doll Technique, and Megumi's Cursed Technique allows him to Summon Shikigami, each technique has their own, unique name, for example, Nobara's is called "Straw Doll Technique". As far as healing goes, reverse cursed technique works as the following: Cursed energy is a negative energy, so multiplying this energy agains't itself allows you to heal, and that can also be applied to your own actual cursed technique, but that's rarely seen in the series.

Loving your dance break during the outro my fave bros! 💜 Gojo is 🔥 And I agree, the background musics here esp on fighting scenes are just 🔥🔥🔥 I wonder if you considered watching the JJK The Movie too (Jujutsu Kaisen 0)? Coz the plot in the movie actually took place before this series. So you'll learn more about the 2nd year students there (esp Okkotsu - the one who's overseas), as well as who Geto is (the guy with a stitched forehead) 😉 The movie is 1.45-hours long so I'm not sure how you'll do it - maybe for the VIP package? 🤔 Just a thought - I don't think watching the movie will spoil anything for the series, if any better - it'll clear more a lot of things here in the series for you 😊
