Progress Report 12/16/2022 (Patreon)

Ugh, my brain is fried...day. Here's what I got done this week:

• Published Drawing #1: Bedtime 
• Finished setting up 3D Adventures Part 17 with the additional attempts at lighting
• Wrote the first draft of 3D Adventures Part 17
• Cleaned up the 3D model's scene of all the excess

Seriously, though, I can hardly think straight. It's the second-to-last Friday before Christmas, which... well, you know the drill. Cookie store and all that. I'm exhausted...

But the good news is that I got some progress done! For one, I've published the last of the contest drawings! That plate has officially been cleaned, leaving room for dessert!

Dessert, of course, means 3D stuff and development on Run From Me! Although I'll admit, I forgot for a week or two that I was writing a 3D journal. I failed to take that into account with my plan. This particular journal has been rather tricky to write given I spent a month on and off trying to figure out lighting and going every which way with it. Fortunately, the first draft is done, and that's the hardest part.

Lastly, in preparation for rigging, I cleaned up the 3D scene of any and all excess junk that had accumulated over time. Things like old versions of body parts, leftovers from the Rain model (which was quite a lot), renamed things so they're easier to find, and a few other tweaks here and there to make my life easier for this next task.

Oh, and for Run From Me; the giantess customizer is still underway. I haven't had a lot of time to work on it lately, but I've done some programming here and there to keep the momentum going on it. It's a very complex system that I'm currently trying to simplify, but I'd say it's roughly 90% complete. After that, it's back to the gameplay.
